We had the worst experience ever purchasing appliances from Home Depot. We spent over $5,000 buying all new appliances and they came damaged and did not fit some spots (our fault) but the people delivering did not tell us we had to reject the product to get it returned that day. Long story short, we ended up returning everything and buying from Lowe's instead. Do not buy Samsung appliances they are terrible! Also Home Depot has terrible customer service. I will not be returning there after being a long time customer. I will be a Lowe's shopper now!

Went to Home Depot for sprinklers. When we entered through lumber the employee was in her phone and did not even look up at us. Then we could not find an item and asked a young guy for help. He gave us 4 possible rows to look at. When I asked if someone could help us actually find it, he stated that the one guy that could help us was on break and was going to do something else so it would be 20 min.After that I looked on line and it told us the row and bin of my item. Not sure why no employee could do the same! Horrible service today. Since I was there I stayed. Next time I will choose a different hardware store.

Home Depot has friendly helpful staff to answer your home improvement questions and can help you if you just can't decide on how to start a project. Just start is the key. For example, yesterday I went in to find lumber for another job and Charlie in customer service helped me set up my Pro Account to organize all my receipts and track them without having to keep them myself. Thanks Charlie. The plants in the garden department are lovely with plants at bloom and almost bloom you are sure to find color for the yard for last minute party decorations or plants getting ready to bloom which will allow the plant to establish and then bloom for your wedding or event. Nice lumber and clean store.

The associates were extremely helpful and seemed interested in my bathroom renovating project. However the woman manager who was older with white hair was rude and disrespectful. Obviously does not enjoy her job and should consider retiring. Asked a simple question and was given a short, blunt, and lazy answer. Unsure about her name but I believe it was Sandy. If those being paid more than associates cant even perform bare minimum customer service, they should be paid minimum wage or just be fired. Do better.

The only competent employee who I've encountered is Supervisor/ manager Marisol. All other employees to include managers have no clue as to what they are doing or care to learn. Home Depot is known for their lack of customer service which is evident at the Turlock location. Something as simple as picking up the phone is a hassle and non existent. What a shame as I've been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 10 years. Lowes will soon start being my new home improvement store.

I purchased a 20cubic ft upright freezer it was delivered dented so I refused it and waited a week for a new one. Guess what also dented. Waited a third week and yep you guessed it dented in the back but missing paint at the top of the door. I decided to keep this one the delivery company did give me a 25% discount and the dent I guess isn't that bad but it's just the point. 3 units dented and you wonder why things cost so much because they have to discount the other units as well. Crazy.

I had problems withi 2 people in the past this is the third since the store opened. I am generally a well spoken guy who always treats others with respect but the store managers really need to vet who they hire. Some employees can be rude or downright don't give damn about helping customers find things or let alone help you out. There are good workers there and I had met some really great ones. However, this last visit on October 19th, I was asked to sign up for home depot rewards or something like that and I was directed to a lady named Jessica to sign up after purchasing. Jessica and older lady in her 50s seems like. took her sweet a** time and was talking to one customer and she looked over at me twice on different times knowing I was waiting and she literally ignored me and didn't even say not even once "I will be right with you" never mentioned it. I waited for about 20minutes she was with the same customer chatting up a storm and ignoring me. Go to Lowes! I've never had any issues there and the workers all are willing to help you out.

Usually when it comes to Home Depot I know I'm on my own but this particular store was the worst. There was only one lady who was actually helping people and she had five customers asking about stuff not only that when it came to items that typically would be in stock they had nothing. Usually I'm pretty patient but when I spend 45 minutes longer than what my normal time is to get materials from Home Depot then I'm not.

This place is 50/50 some of the associates are amazing above and beyond attitude but others omg they don't even act like they are happy to have a job.

Just left and had the best customer service experience we've ever had here. Tom was AMAZING! My husband and I learned so much about soil and plant food, amazed when he said he grows his own bananas and guavas! This man definitely knows what he is talking about. Will be coming back to him for all of our gardening questions.

If you want or need help getting a product down from a shelf, this is not the place to go. We asked for assistance in reaching items that were located at a higher level. An employee came saw the problem and left, making us think he was going for more help or a ladder to reach the 30 items we wanted. After waiting for several minutes, we noticed that same employee standing in the main aisle chatting with another employee. I guess if you are made to wait long enough, and become discouraged you will walk out and not create work for the employees. I thought they were in business to make money, not run off the customers.

Horrible microwave install. I had them out multiple times to check it but they kept saying it was just fine. Finally hired my own handyman to check it and he confirmed they installed it without the damper, used no tape, and even messed up my elbow joint. Upon this confirmation I AGAIN contacted Home Depot about this and they refused to take any accountability or fix the issue. They said they will not send another installer and basically I'm out of luck and to contact GE. GE sent me back to Home Depot and Home Depot sent me back to GE. Finally GE decided that they were going to give me a rebate for a new microwave but I will definitely not be getting it at Home Depot. HOrrible install and even worse customer service. I am very disappointed :(

DO NOT GET DELIVERIES FROM THIS COMPANY! They call to alert you they are on their way then do not show up at the time they say, AND I WAS THE FIRST DELIVERY!!!!!!!! IN THE AM!!!!!!! then they do the BARE MINIMUM for delivery. they do not even attempt to be cordial, do any customer service or anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID, trust me it is worth paying more to go someplace (anyplace) else
