“This is my second time going to the Tegner Rd location (by Costco). I have always been treated respectfully and never felt the pressure that I needed to purchase them, if I needed to consider the choices given to me. I have gone to another location and I have received abit of an attitude when I told them I needed to think about which mattress would be the right fit for me. So I ended up going back to the Turlock location (which is a bit out of my way) to purchase a mattress and I received the honor of meeting and working with Gray this time. I found out Gary is from their Lodi store, he is very knowledgeable and was very pleasant to work with! He listened to what I was looking for as well as asked me all the right questions so I would purchase the correct mattress.
Believe me I had a lot of questions.

“After searching for furniture all weekend we ended up here by luck. We told Ken exactly what we we wanted and color we were looking into. To our surprise they had the perfect dining set in the show room. We got a great price with delivery included for $50. Ken also gave us a quote for another table. We were looking at another furniture spot for significantly less than what we were originally going to pay. I ended up choosing their dining set that fit perfect with my decor at home. They have financing available as well if it's needed I ask Ken for other furniture pieces to match my dining set and he went to work and found a few pieces. I am very pleased with Ken's exceptional customer service, and will recommend my family and friends there for affordable furniture pieces.”

“This is such a beautiful store. I wish it was bigger though. The ladies that work here are so sweet and super helpful. Never have had any problems. Come here for all your fall and Christmas decor. It is a little pricey, but if you keep an eye out for the sales then it's really worth it. They also have the best sachets around.”

“This review is especially for the electronic department only. My daughters and I came in the afternoon to purchase a video game, and had planned to pay with dollar bills/a ton of change. We were a bit nervous to bring out all the change we had and see the reaction of the associate. But to our surprise, the associate 'Logan' was so patient with the long process of gathering all the coins. As a few customers would line up and put a bit of pressure on us he would reassure us not to worry and that it was not a bother. We've encountered very impatient, rude people at other retail stores when using piggy bank money in the past. He was very empathetic, thoughtful, and had great suggestions about other electronics. Such a calm aura and a personality that was very nice to be around. Kindness goes a long ways. Thanks again Logan!”
