I drive by here a lot and always say I'll stop--looks so interesting, but haven't stopped yet. Also, the flower arrangements shown online are sooo beautiful! However, the bad reviews are really bad and makes me afraid to order anything from there. But...there's always two sides to a story.

(2-17-23) I stopped in at Forget-Me-Not Floral's shop last week & placed an order in person which was to be delivered on Thurs., 2/16/23. The sales lady I dealt with was so nice & accommodating (Olivia?). I told her I was looking for a brightly colored spring-time arrangement. She showed me a picture of one that they've done before which was exactly what I was looking for. I also asked if they could add at least 1 iris as that flower has a special meaning for the recipient. She said that wouldn't be a problem and wrote everything down. On 2/16 I never heard anything from the recipient (which was very odd as I know they would have contacted me upon receiving the flowers). I tried calling the florist to make sure that the flowers were in fact delivered. I called 3-4 times but there was no answer. I just assumed that they were with a customer or out on deliveries. The sales lady called me around noon today (2/17)--a day AFTER the flowers were to be delivered to say that the owner was out sick yesterday so the flowers didn't get delivered. I was so upset as it was important that they be delivered on THAT day----not a day later!! (What it if was for a funeral or a wedding? What would they have done then? Do they not have people/backup to make deliveries?) The recipient of the flowers texted me a pic of the arrangement. It was NOT at all what I had ordered plus the fact they had not added an iris as they said they would. It's as if they disregarded the notes that the sales woman wrote down for the order. A customer automatically assumes that they'll carry out their end as to what you ordered and deliver the flowers on the day you want them to be delivered! I will never deal with this flower shop again. Extremely poor management. Lack of care/concern. (The clerk, Olivia, couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. I'm upset with the owner/management.)

This place makes the most beautiful arrangements. Been placing orders for the past few years and I am always happy with my purchase. Jasmin is always very helpful and has great ideas on how to make the arrangements personable!

I ordered online and asked if they could do an arrangement for around $150.00 (not including taxes and delivery) using roses and Hydrangeas in preferably white and lavender if possible for my daughter's birthday. The sent me an invoice and I paid at least 2 weeks prior to my daughters birthday. She loved the flowers and the thought and the arrangement was nice but not what I had asked for. I just wish they would have let know they could no accommodate my request for the specific flowers and colors. I live over 300 miles away.

This place did my wedding flowers and I could not have been more happy with the turn out!! My flowers looked amazing I am still getting compliments for how beautiful the flowers looked. Sandy went above and beyond to make my budget work with the style of bouquets and centerpieces I wanted. I honestly could not thank her enough she guided me throughout the whole process even till a few days before when I asked to add and change a few things they were more than willing!! Thank you Forget Me Not Floral for my beautiful wedding flowers and the amazing service I received =)

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Sandy is not someone who should be making arrangements for weddings. My daughter was married Saturday, her bouquet was not the way we asked nor were the bridesmaids. The corsages were hot glue gunned in and the flowers were not what we asked for. The corsages were damaged and dead before photos were done. Sandy is rude and is not helpful. I spoke to someone else who used them a few years back and said the same thing. They better find another designer before they loose more business. DO NOT USE THEM FOR A WEDDING.
