Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie. Did I say Jackie? Well I meant it. This girl is who Fed Ex should be modeling all their employees after. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Fast and Efficient, made the entire transaction an enjoyable one.Shop is clean, well lit, and fully stocked. I have visited a few FedEx shops in my daily grind and this place (Jackie's Store) is by far the best yet!

They opened door 8:01 am. The girl was doing her deposit rather than helping me. A 5 minute job turned into a a 30 minute job!!!! Remind me to buy a new printer rather come here!

I just dropped off some items I bought online. Didn't need any of their other services but overall it was a good experience. There was no line to make the drop off and there was plenty of parking. Located in a clean shopping center. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly.

My mother passed away in 08/2022 then my son passed away unexpectedly 11/2022 I could barely talk at first. Maria helped me on Geer Rd in Turlock. I found this Christmas poem in my mother's address book. Maria helped me print the poem onto holiday printed sheet paper. Then I purchased a template for memorial cards for my son. Maria helped me with that. I was so scattered brain I had been in on Friday for the test run. She wasn't going to be in until Monday. I forgot to go back because in my mind I had completed it knowing that I liked it to print all the memorial cards. But when I realized I had to print the rest of the cards. I went in Wednesday. I was happy Maria was in and she help me finish those and stayed and completed those for me. Can't say enough wonderful things a what a helpful angel in times of my struggle with loss! thank you Maria

Went in to pick up a package. I printed out the email with the QR code to bring to the counter. When I presented the person at the counter with my QR printout, he didn't scan it. He just asked for my name. I didn't have to show my ID to pick up my package either. The guy was very nice and very helpful, but I walked away worried that in the future, someone could read my name off the address label, pretend to be me, and walk off with my package.

Not very pleased with the fact that I want to pay a bunch of money to overnight or next day or whatever and they won't let me unless I have a driver's license.

I paid extra to get my package delivery in a 2 day shipping and now my tracking info says there is no estimated delivery date. My package is already one day late.

So my three star experience was easy. I went in to print and two of the two computers that were side-by-side were out of order. How do you have two computers side-by-side not working? Something that should have taken less than two minutes turned into a 20 to 25 minute fiasco. Lucky for me Priscilla was there to help out and get me the copies that I needed. Thank you young lady.

I came here offf if a recommendation from coworkers who said they were super helpful but when I came in they were moody and when I tried asking questions the lady I asked was sighing for everything and then just told me to go to the computer. I understand bad days but customer service is key to me and i can't stand employees who hate their job or careless.
