This CVS is messy! There's always trash on the floor. It's like no one takes any pride in the place. The people working at the pharmacy are inept, rude, and obtuse. Get it together CVS!

Went here to get copies of photos wasn't sure what I was doing was very pleased that not just one person helped me but two very nice women offered to help so sorry I didn't get their names but one was a manager Thank you ladies

Who is responsible for cleaning up the property at this CVS? There's trash absolutely everywhere. The parking lot is flooded due to the drains being clogged up. It's ghetto AF. Take pride in your business. CVS makes a ton of money yet they can't take care of the outside of there property. Hire a landscaper and someone to clean up.

Love CVS but the pharmacy team is TRASH. You can constantly hear them talking bad about the customers, they are rude & seem so miserable working here! Switching pharmacy's so I don't have to deal with their horrible attitudes anymore.

I do not write reviews about any businesses in Turlock, because I was a business my self, I know it is hard to please everyone all the time, but this time I needed tosay something about the CVS pharmacy. I do not go their because my wife picksup the med when we get notified. This was the first time in about 4 to 5 month that she could not pick up the order. When I was standing their, no one else in line, it took then almost 10 minutes to acknowledge me. As I was standing watch the employee behind I notice that none of area around counter was clean, the dust around the employee side was covered with dust, not just a little dust but it appears that they had failed to dust the area for a month or longer. This concerned me, they handle med. what does the area looks like that we cannot see. I am taking my business to a cleaner Pharmacy.

This CVS seems to have a high rate of turn over for managers in the pharmacy department.In my opinion, the last one wasn't management material. However, the one now (RAJ), does an outstanding job & treats customers with respect. Also, the others are courteous & do a very good job.

This pharmacy has the worst service ever! I just went there and drove off after waiting over 10 minutes while the two employees talked and went about typing and moving things around. No one was in line but me & I am seriously thinking about changing my Sutter health plan so that I don't have to go to CVS. I miss Rite Aid!

Go to any other pharmacy. Even our doctor said this place is rude and super unprofessional. Target is so much better.

The one located in Target is a bit easier to work with. The pharmacist makes sure you know how to take the meds. No consult today.

Today I picked up some prescriptions at cvs on Geer. While I was paying there was a pharmacist counting someone's pills with his bare hands, one by one!!With Covid out there this is unacceptable!Their pharmacy license should be revoked!

I will say, the folks in here working are very friendly! But, they are a pain to deal with in getting prescriptions filled. And constant robo-calls telling me to refill my prescription. I'm having shoulder surgery so my surgeon called in two prescriptions for me. CVS called me to say they were ready, but only gave me one. The next day I had my pre-op with my dr and he asked about the prescriptions. I told him I got one, so he had to call the pharmacy. The manager told him I hadn't been picking up medicine I had gotten there in the past, so he was afraid I was using another pharmacy. I had to go back down there, speak to that manager and he told me the same thing. I explained to him I no longer needed those medications so I stopped taking them. And I reminded him that one of them (500mg of ibuprofen) isn't healthy to take long term, so I stopped using it. The prescription I was picking up was a one time thing for after surgery anyway. It was very annoying that I had to go back down there to get this resolved. We will be finding a new pharmacy

Worthless Pharmacy doesn't answer the phones It's 4pm on a Thursday And my phone says 65 minutes on hold before anyone even answered until I finally hung up
