Staff is very eager to help and practically salivating over how they are going to brainwash you and upsell you a job you may not need. While I was working there they scammed so many people and still are to this day.
Example?… They charge a fee for tpms rebuild kits when purchasing new tires but never rebuild the tpms. Just a way to get extra money from customers.

We had an emergency issue with my car and Bart was the only place to take my car immediately to get it checked out. Everyone else was over a week out for an appt. Bart and his team were able to take in my car and fix everything for a fair price. They are all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this place for honest quality work!

would not recommend Balswicks to anyone looking for tires or service. I went there to get a quote for new tires and was treated very rudely by Ben, who works there. He made me feel stupid for asking questions and tried to pressure me into buying expensive tires that I didn’t need. He also gave me a very high price compared to other shops in the area. I felt like he was trying to rip me off and take advantage of me. I left without buying anything and went to another shop where I got a much better deal and service. Balswicks is a terrible place to go and I will never go back there again.

I had an emergency issue with my 2014 Chevy Cruz. The engine kept over heating and I wasn't sure why. Bart was the only one to take my car in immediately while everyone else was over a week to schedule an appt. They were able to determine that the water outlet was cracked and it was an easy fix. My car is driving good as new. They also did this for a very fair price. I can't thank them enough and will definitely be back!

Been doing business there for 28 years. I finally price checked an oil change including a tire rotation. They we’re $140 when the Chevrolet dealership that uses synthetic was $85 for the same thing that provided the same services. Boycott balswicks. I feel robbed over the 2 decades I took my trucks there.

I had a really bad experience with this mechanic shop. I brought my car in for an inspection and they quoted me one price, but when it was time to pay, they had raised the price without any warning or explanation. When I asked why the price had gone up, they gave me some vague excuse that didn't make any sense. Overall, I would not recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. They are not honest about their pricing and their inspections are not reliable. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I had some strange noises going on my 2014 Nissan Rogue. My belt was squeaking like wild pigs and my wheels were grinding when in motion. I made an appointment and I was nervous of the outcome and cost. The staff was wonderful! Very helpful. They understood what was wrong and fixed my car that same afternoon. They went above and beyond. I am so so pleased. The cost was spot on. It was great to drive my car with no embarrassing noises. Thank you Countryside Tore and Brake. Well done! A+++++
