Bought numerous sets of tires there. I brought in car today to rotate and fix slow leak. They said tires were bald and not covered because I missed a rotation. I will never buy tires there again. Lost customer

hazard warranty is SCAM.They will always find the excuse to dishonor it.Please do not buy tire here...you will regret it....This is a honest review....

I blew a tire on the way home the light on my car caught fire and suddenly the tire blew up. I wanted information on the warranty and they were very arrogant with me and told me that the warranty still hasn't even paid for the tires and one already has a ball and yes I want a new call I have to buy it because my warranty doesn't cover my worst experience to buy new tires costco

Headed down the 99 and my tire pressure gauge went off. It's about that time in my car's lifespan that I may need new tires (my tires need to be ordered as they don't have them in stock, I know this because I check and called multiple Costcos to see if they had them). Told the guy upfront that my tire air pressure sensor went off and if they could take a look at my tire pressure as well as my tires to let me know if they need to be replaced or if there was a puncture in the tire. He gave me a vacant stare and asked if I have a digital tire pressure gauge and if not, to go on Amazon and buy one. He then decided to try to educate me and tell me that with the changing temperatures that that could be a possible reason why the sensor is on. He then told me that I can fill up my tires with air at the service pump.I just wanted to see if my tires needed to be fixed or replaced. I need to plan ahead and order new tires since Costcos don't carry them in their stores and this would have been helpful to know the conditions of my tires. If they couldn't fit me in, that's fine, please tell me that. I understand they're busy. I can go somewhere else but I pay for a membership at Costco because their prices and service are always better. I guess this was just one of those times where they couldn't meet expectations.

Horrible service. I usually get tires at other tire shops, but because Costco had a good deal on their Michelin tires, I decided to buy them at the Modesto center. I work in Turlock and I noticed after work, a few weeks later, that there was a screw in one of my tires. I work close to the Turlock tire center, so I went there. The person who helped me was Ivan. I went in at around 5:15pm and I asked if they could take the screw out and plug it. He said that they could only help people who have appointments. That he “might be able to fit me in after 8:30pm.” I explained that I lived in Modesto and had to drive back home, but he repeated himself saying,” I might be able to fit you in at 8:30pm.” I have never had that happen at any other tire shop, nor had a I had someone speak to me in the tone that Ivan did. I understand that people have appointments and that needs to be respected, but all they had to do was fix a flat tire. I left and took the car to American Tire nearby, and they helped me almost immediately. There were about 7 people ahead of me, but they were still able to fix my tire, even though they closed at 6pm. I’ll never get my tires at Costco again.

Drove right up to a pump. Yay! Easy access from Hwy 99 in Turlock. Small station for a Costco. 4 islands with two pumps on each side, so 16 pumps total. I only saw red handles, no green, so apparently no diesel at this location.

My go too store . Can be dangerous though because all I do is spend spend spend. Only draw back is I'm not a peopley person. But it's a go too for all bulk items and things other stores necessarily don't have . Great prices on my favorite coffees .

This place is lame. Since when do you have to have your Costco card to go to the food court. I definitely will be canceling my membership. Do better Costco, you should not have to show your card to go to the food court!!!

Turlock location is pretty much always well stocked and clean, during the week the lines are not very bad an let me tell you that is an important detail for the Immuno compromised folks.. however most of staff is some of the rudest individuals I've ever came across straight unprofessional.. but as bad as they are I'll never go to Modesto because they are worse..so it is what it is.
