Got here at 930 online it says opens up at 8.there was other people waiting as well. Walk to the door it was close and the sign on the door says 11am. The girls walked by didn't say anything just open door and walked it. Go in and walked around for 10 mins and the lady's are behind the counter talking about personal stuff and there was ppl standing there waiting to be helped. Well this store needs to change hours on the web if not going to be open until later. And at less say hi to ppl when they come in.

Got a dress just cause my daughter's prom is literally the next day.
She said she didn't want my service because she has more people spend more money (after the fact she got my money) ? $248.

If zero stars was a option I would put that, i had a horrible experience in there I always walk in there and the manager Kathy is always talking bad about customers and even her own employees like if everyone in the store can't hear her ! What a mitotera that she has to talk about people because her life must be so horrible ! the young girls are nice but that manager is horrible.

Extremely horrible customer service, I would never suggest anyone to go there. My husband got a gift for me and unfortunately he bought it from this store and asked if we can exchange in case it doesn't fit, they said yes for 1 time even exchange its ok. When I tried that dress it doesn't fit me well. I went there for exchange and explain the reason to them, but they was so unprofessional and they just put the whole blame on my husband for buying that dress from their store. I even told them that I could buy something for more price so that I could atleast use it in future. But the girls was so rude, I asked for their names and manager; and they were like that's not in our policy to tell the names and we both are the managers.

Kathy Cadena to be specific has the WORST customer service ever, she has no type of politeness in her and the other employees are THE same as her. I understand we all have bad days but if you're very unhappy at your job then at that point please QUIT you would do all the customers and your boss a favor because the only thing you're doing is making your boss lose out on business and clients. We asked to try on shoes and she was just on her phone the whole time ignoring us, every time we'd ask for a size she seemed bothered. How sad can you REALLY be to treat others that way. As soon as you walk into the store she greets you with nothing but attitude. I would never hire her at any of my businesses she's the prime example of BAD EMPLOYEE/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kathy is so unhappy working there that she needs to make customers feel uncomfortable. I really don't understand how her boss still has her working there it's insane how horrible of a person she is. She also always tries to make customers feel less , she doesn't know what the word humble is because she's the total opposite . She's making the store look so bad , And it's not the first time.

Okay let me be honest I was looking for a very specific type of dress they have amazing dresses but I'm short and on the fuller side they really don't have selection for bigger girls the biggest size is a Large or 12.. so I felt secluded I only found 2 dresses my size and luckily one of them was the color I needed. The workers made me feel really uncomfortable and where not helpful at all...

If ZERO stars was a option that’s what I would have chosen! Customer service was horrible! I wouldn’t have even been able to make a purchase if I wanted to! The girls were having a personal conversation amongst themselves about chugging water, I asked for help, one girl took her water bottle to the back saying “I’m going to go chug this!” We waited so I asked the other girl, she just turned around and walked away! So we left! Obviously we were an inconvenience to them!

This place is ridiculous. And over priced for poorly made clothing. The girls that work there are never there to open on time and close 15 minutes before posted time. I went in to buy a gift card for my daughter and the girl said she didn’t know how to do them!! Do not waste your time with this store

Everything was great! I took my daughter here this evening to find her a dress for her sweet 16. Found one. No issues. Got to the register, paid for the dress, and 2 pair of leggings. Also got her a little bracelet and myself a pack of silver toe rings. Lastly, they had some cute toe rings at the counter while she was checking me out. I asked how much. They were $3.99. I got one. Gave it to her to ring up. Anyhow I got in the car, drove to old navy. Was at old navy for about an hour looking for an outfit for my son. Then we left. Got home, and as we're in the driveway, I told my daughter to please hand me that toe ring in the bag. It was very small, so I wanted to get it now so I could put it on so it doesn't get lost. Ughhhhh, the cashier never put it in the bag!!!! FML... So irritating. I even checked the bracelet bag and larger toe ring bag to see if maybe she had stuck it in there so it wouldn't get lost. Nope! Lastly, I checked my reciept to see if I was charged for it. I was. Unfortunately, when I left old navy, it was to late to drive back. They were already closed.
