I am not from the Turlock area but it is the nearest branch from my home. I went all the way over there to have my name changed on my account and they informed me they could not help me and that I needed to call to have this done. I called the number they gave me once I got home and was told the complete opposite from chase customer service that I needed to go into a branch to make the name change. I am frustrated that I drove 30 minutes to be sent away with incorrect information.

A small local branch. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's also a drive-thru ATM available with two kiosks.

Horrible experience! I had try to set up an appointment with a banker for weeks and couldn't get anyone to answer at the bank. I decided to walk in and speak with a teller, regarding new accounts. She informed me the banker was not available and was booked for the day. I asked if she could speak with her manager or check the branch on Geer Rd. After a brief moment, she informed me to set up an appointment online and go to the Geer Rd branch. The manager did not have the decency to come out and face me or offer to make an appointment at the branch. Like I said HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I had a wonderful experience with this location! I needed to open account asap and could not get an appointment anywhere anytime soon to do so. So I kept calling and a lot of Chase Banks wouldn't even answer the phone. So I finally was able to get through to this location and spoke to Maria Valadao . We explained are situation and she was very understanding. She was able to see us right away. Very nice lady. And extremely helpful. Thank you Maria!!

This bank is closed on geer road periodically and you have to walk up to the door before you see the little sign that says temporarily closed. Why oh why?

This place obviously doesn't need my business. I tried to open an account when no other customers were in the bank and first thing in the morning. After the teller when in the back to speak to someone I was told to come back way later in the evening. Since I walk to the bank on an already hot day I declined. Never ever has a bank refused to open an account for me when I walked in. The people seriously need to rethink what they are doing there. Obviously to me they thought thier was more valuable than mine. I will not be opening an account there anytime soon.

This bank is literally the worst. terrible staffing no help into solving any of your problems. charge you fees left & right for the stupidest things. I switched to a credit union & have had no problems or charges whatsoever. they make excuses because of "policy changes" which is b******** if your looking into bank with them look else where.

Both Turlock branches closed. Foyer ATM machines not working at either branch. Called Chase only to wait over 45 minutes to be told there's nothing they can do. They blame Coronavirus, but OTHER banks are open. This is inexcusable. Can't wait to close our account.
