I can't recommend Rachel Ayers at CalWest Insurance enough!!Rachel was estremely knowledgable with the different types of policies available! if she didn't know, or wasn't sure about the answer to a question, she found out!! She understood my needs; and let me make my own decision on each policy. She was not pushy or opiniated at all!! I enjoyed working with her in the policy selection porocess. Since day one that my family and I started working with Jilbert we never had any problems with him nor the work he does for us. He is always very responsive to our calls and texts when we need him.
