Was very terrible service older lady calling and talking to her mother by calling her mommy mommy and she had to been at least 60 years or older and her mother of course older and never gave me Customer service and me buying and picking out my shoes on my own the shoes I wore the first day that I bought from them were very painful uncomfortable call them to let them know that I need to have a replacement and she said no after I spent over 100 and some dollars never again will I go there to them again

This is for me, the best place to buy shoes!The shoes are very high quality! The service is excellent! They really help you find shoes that fit just right, that look great, AND that are comfortable as well! I highly recommend them!them!!

I have bought boots here for going on 4 years. I can buy boots anywhere. I keep buying them here because the customer service is great. I definitely recommend this place!

My grandma asked me to reccomend a shoe store to her. I always heard great things about Boucher She's and we went roger. She loved how comfortable the shoes are. She buys shoes from there now. Some people say they are too expensive, but you are paying for the great quality and how comfortable they are.

I shattered my heel back in May. When I was able to start into a shoe again, I went to Bouchers. I ended up having them do a special order for a New Balance tennis shoe. I was very uncertain about what color to order knowing I would be wearing all the time for the rest of this year. I ordered black, but once I picked them up and wore them out of the store, I just really didn't like and they now we're hitting a swollen part of my ankle. I felt sick I had spent so much! I went in and explained, it was my fault and I know they were special ordered, but I had to ask if they would exchange for another shoe. They did let me exchange! They certainly didn't have to do, but this is why they are still in business after all these years! Can't thank them enough!
