My initial encounter with Boies Medical Center Pharmacy was about 2 years ago and was a 5-star. However, with time, NOW working there are the rudest, most offensive & non-English speaking (fluently) individuals who refused to help me. They also said there were no orders for me then they said there was and lastly they changed their mind again and said they couldn't help me without an order. Shame on you for your staffing choices they seem to be motivated by friends and family, not competent workers. There is ZERO comprehension of the "urgency" of my needs; it is for my BREATHING for God's Sake. They denied my much-needed and electronically submitted "Order" for my compressor nebulizer plus a prescription to go along with it. I worked for several weeks to try to get this fiasco corrected and every time I'd phone the business, I would reach someone who didn't speak fluent English which is the staple of this Country USA, and to top that, the people didn't know what they were saying and 100% of the information they "reluctantly" gave me was incorrect! I took many photos because I wanted the public to know how much medical and ambulatory stuff people need back here but then I'm glad I am just now writing and crafting this review. I was even given a thank-you gift (from the previous employee on my first trip here with Dave for writing on Yelp about my experience) and for saying I was going to craft a great positive review but now I just cannot rate this business more than 2 stars. The original employees who were so helpful and jolly were not working on this day if they even still work there that is. Kudos to those who did work here nearly 2 years ago as they carry so much stuff for healing and care that it can save you from having to order stuff online. They had a ton of DME for seniors and individuals in general. I was shuttle-bussing my dear next-door neighbor & friend Dave, who also happens to be a senior citizen, to attend his many doctor's appointments and last-stop grocery shopping. We were also perusing the diabetic shoes for him. Lastly, please take note that these photos were taken no more than 2 years ago and live and in person by myself alone it is not to support this business now due to the change in leadership and staffing from-hell that has occurred. Went there for my flu shot and I thought rather pleasant given the crowds of people. Stopped by this week. Needed an item and help finding it. Over 5 people working and complaining that they lost a delivery of meds. Then they argued over who would held me!!! I felt Awkward and will not return. Unfortunate, very convenient and lines short but maybe there is a reason there are not customers. I won't be back!

The workers here are a mess. I waited an hour on the phone on hold, after the man told me he would get back to me when my medication was ready. He never got back to me. I hung up and called once again and they answered and put me on hold once again. So I decided to go through the drive thru. And the same man that didn’t respond on the phone took my info at the window and left for 30 minutes while I waited. Horrible service.

Have to say honestly the manager is super awesome, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. He worked with the insurance and the doctors to collaborate so that I could get the equipment I needed for my mother.

Been going there for 25 years never had to wait more than 10 min for my perscription. Waited 3 weeks.. 6 different people gave me 6 different reasons reasons why it was not ready. I even had my doctor call them and they told her it was ready. I drive 45 min into turlock to pick up and its NOT RADY. I dont know what changed over there but it was not for the better.

I got my covid shot here about a year ago, so I called them just to ask for the specific date. A woman named Nancy answered the phone and put me on hold for about 20 minutes, and when she came back she told me to call back in 30 minutes. Very disappointed, especially because they put me on hold for 20 whole minutes just to tell me to call back in 30.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. It was very easy to get my covid vaccinations and didn't have to wait. I will definitely continue to use this pharmacy!

I am a long time customer of Boies pharmacy. They are always extremely helpful and pleasant. My medications are filled promptly and courteously. I also purchased a wheelchair and walker for my mother here. They have a lot of useful medical equipment and are knowledgeable and helpful. I also receive vaccinations here easily with no appointment or long waits.I definitely highly recommend Boies.

I called to see if they had baby formula because four other stores I went to in town had ZERO. They said they had the one I needed, so I drove right there and picked up what I needed and Natalie asked if I needed more and gave me more than enough!! I was so appreciative of her in my time of need. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to feed my baby, but she really helped me out! Thank you again, Natalie!

I was promised a call if the driver couldn't make it. No call, no delivery. Went and picked it up in person, and a prescription was missing. No apology. I have been waiting a month for 2 other medications that supposedly were on back order. The customer service needs to be improved. Nobody even cared!

I love the staff there. I always enjoy the conversations I have with them. They know my name and all of my families names by eyesight. That in itself is worth the trip down there for me. They are always friendly and always take care of my needs. I've been going there my whole life and I don't see that changing. I highly recommend using them for all your pharmacy needs. I like privately owned hometown businesses and Boies is that. Thanks everybody that works there! I'll see you soon!

Went in for a vaccination once and an employee, Flora, has called multiple times trying to give me home kit covid tests. they need to stop bugging people
