I have been a customer of PNC bank for 7 years. I wanted to add my wife to the accound and they could not fill out paper correctly. My account got frozen because of that for 8 days and they could not fix it and gave me clear answer.

Their drive thru service is always so slow and I feel like they are always short handed in employees. Overall is always a bad experince at this bank.
