Been trying for two days to schedule an appointment on line, says no appointments available for any day the next two months. Other branches work fine. Tried calling about 5 times on Friday, never an answer. These terrible ratings can't all be wrong. Bank of America is falling apart, time to go elsewhere.

I was waiting to make a bank account and they skipped me and went to people who just walked in .
