Christian and Damien were great professionals and super helpful! I don’t go to the store often but they were very welcoming and technically savvy to troubleshoot my iPhone - great experience for a true issue that wasn’t fun to deal with. They also informed me of Fiber I wasn’t aware of in Turlock, so I’m glad I made a visit to the store and this definitely set the bar! Highly recommend a visit to this store and these 2 professionals.

This review is not for the store or its employees, but rather for the service itself. They claim their service coverage is everywhere when in fact I couldn't even write this review there because the coverage alone the Turlock 99 corridor is trash. You'll have 3 bars and 5G but no data. Everyone knows that data is important on mobile devices today and AT&T can't even provide that in the most visited area of town. AT&T does have coverage most places even 5G but that doesn't mean you'll have data which is what most people require now. Do your research.

I went in for an upgrade. The woman assisting me said my bill would actually be lower because she was signing me up for autopay and I was eligible for the upgrade promo which was a $700 credit. She said to wait for them to send me a box to return my phone and get the $700. First bill arrived and I was not signed up for auto pay. Tried to sign up online and she had crossed some information from a different account when logging in on my phone. No discount. Box never arrives. I go back to the store and she and the manager explain that now I need an extension. They order the box and send me home. The box never arrives so I call. They say my trade in isn’t eligible but send it anyway and then call again. I request a shipping label instead of waiting another month for a prepaid box. Weeks later I get a text saying the promotion is over and my phone is worth $0. This store will tell you things with no follow through for a quick sale. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m out almost $1000 because of their careless promises and mistakes.

We went here on a sunday morning to get a new phone for our mother. I believe the customer service rep that helped us was christian, he was so extremely helpful and nice. He explained the process, procedures, and took extra time to help set up the device. He went above and beyond and we are very thankful.

I was told by the sales rep to open the phone boxes we brought but he didn't specify which ones. The result was me opening the phone box that I wanted to exchange for a different color. Now I have to pay $55 because that box is no longer sealed. I'm a college student and $55 is how much I make in a single day. I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistake.
