SCAMMERS!!! Yesterday I walked into Ampm because I didn't want to Risk my card at the pump, Before paying for my gas I noticed a blue verification sticker on the card reader, I thought it was a bit suspicious but trusted the high brand of Ampm so I inserted my card, then later that day in the middle of the night I had a unknown purchase guess where at arco at the same Ampm, then whoever stole my card into also made there way to McDonald' and made more purchases with my card info, this Ampm is not to be trusted low life scammer, I hate to come on here and sound like this, but this is the plain truth!!!Ampm please contact me at @gilbertortega20921@gmail

There are only two (2) employees that are great when it comes to customer service and it's Nichole and dreads! All other employees are rude and think they are above everyone else and look down upon you. This place sucks and their rudeness almost costs them customers which I have witnessed on all my visits. Also, they are 24 hours and I can understand closing for lunch but I remember a time when you do stocking, cleaning and shift change during their shifts while Manding the register! Ampm's are closed almost every time I visit and have to wait for 10-30 minutes on regular basis! Very poorly ran business!

Went here yesterday and bought the auto body shop 12 sodas the worker Ranjeev was extremely friendly and helped me get a small box to carry them. Great store and Ranjeev is a great employee. Thank you so much.

The woman that works here Wednesday, February 17 @ 8:00 Am was the rudest, gassed up and went inside for a drink. I asked if the restrooms were open and drastically hands me my items and said " No, bye" with the ugliest look in her eyes. Never stopping here again. Would rather pay more at Chevron then have to be treated with such disrespect.

COVID-19 Phase: Masks worn by workers. They have great crushed ice! I came here to get a Diet Soda with the crushed ice, The store is clean and well taken care of. The worker was nice when I checked out! Then, as I was leaving I hit the jackpot! I saw that they had BAKED Flamin Hot Doritos! Made my day! Haha. Then, I turned around to buy them and checked out again. Haha! The drink was great and the Flamin Hot Doritos were Delicious! =) Great service and great store! Highly Recommended!!!

This location gave me the creeps. I had my dog in my arm coming in, and the clerk tells me no dogs because a guest had said something, which I understood so I immediately complied, waited for my mom to get back to the car, and then went in to grab some coffee while she pumped our gas. The clerk is cleaning as I was the only one in, and at first, everything is fine. We exchange pleasantries, and he continues to say," I apologize for earlier, I love dogs but the customer I was helping disagreed. Fu****g blood guys." In which I freeze for a moment, and awkwardly laughed. I tried to tune him out from there on, as he continues to talk about the customer, making me slightly uncomfortable. He asks me if I know about them, but I kinda shrug him off by saying, "Oh, not really.. I'm not from the area.." and this and that, and he just continues. It was pretty uncomfortable for me so I was glad to get out.

Very rude business owner and cashier. I went in to get redeem my winning scratchers total of 5 winning $18 and fill my gas tank. The cashier said you need to scratch the bottom off in a rude tone of voice. I was like scratched the bottom off. I said okay and did it. Then he put them through the machine and then he came back to the counter. He said you have $14 I said no the machine says $18 and I counted it. He insisted he was right. I asked for my tickets back and then he said here is one more. He had kept it on the bottom of all the tickets. No sorry no anything - then the owner gives me this dirty look like I did something wrong. I was not the one who was trying to steal from one of your customers. Get that right bud!! Never again will I step foot in this location.

Unbelievably horrible customer service. I paid for a couple of drinks with my ATM and after being prompted by the machine with the "Do you want cash back" question, I chose $40. The young man at the register rang me up but when the cash drawer opened, he immediately closed it, grabbed the receipt and crumpled it in his hand and said "no cash back". I thought "no big deal" said okay and started walking out. After a few steps a turned to him and asked if I was charged for the $40. He hesitantly answered "yes". This kid was going to let me leave the store and undoubtedly pocket the money. This is why he crumpled the receipt and threw it away. I asked him to cancel the purchase and he said he couldn't and that I'd have to wait until $40 worth of purchases were made by other customers before he could give me my money. Needless to say it was 11:30pm and there were no other customers around......... He then lied and said he only had $20 in his register and I told him that I doubted that. After pressing him more, he said he had more but that he needed it for the night. After more pressing he reluctantly gave me my money. All the time he kept pointing at this hand scribbled sign that said "no cash back" that was taped up by the register. I suggested that they put the sign on the CC machine or remove the "cash back" prompt all together. On my way out of the door he tells me that maybe I should read the sign next time......oh hell no! I continued to walk out but told him to FO. He then started cursing at me. I asked him for his name and like a child he shows me "Bally" on shirt and tells me to take a picture of it. Now after reading a few other reviews of this location I'm going to take a wild leap and say this kid is the son or some other relative of the stores owner. That might account for his arrogance when I asked for his name. I sent in a complaint on the AM PM web sight a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. Until I do, I guaranty I will not use ANY AM PM location for any purchases.

They offered me a meat sandwich at the door, I don't like meat! Very odd Experience at a gas station! And there is so much trash Everywhere including still full alcohol containers which is very bad! This location needs CLEAN up crew!
