I enjoy going to Ace hardware at times because they have all the small stuff that you need that the big stores don't seem to have sometimes and it's nice actually talking to people who have a clue.

Always friendly, helpful, and attentive employees. They will never fail to makevsure you are finding what you're after. If you've ever spent 20 minutes or more trying to find help in one of the labrynth of maze like isles of a wearhouse hardware store (and often, never getting help), then this is the place for you. Yes, some things cost a couple bucks more but those couple bucks are well spent when you can get in depth help and spend half the time it would have taken trudging through the vast space of a, find it yourself, wearhouse maze, where even the employees, I fear, get lost in the vaccuum of some cosmic blackhole, somewhere near the garden section, only miraculously reapearing near break time. Or walk out of Ace having found exactly what you needed in record time, with the help of a friendly face.

I felt really bad for your employees today I witnessed your managers harass one of your workers while they were trying to help me out. you need to have better management in your store that was unacceptable behavior especially in front of a customer.

We have a large pipe post and rail project in Lake Don Pedro that we ordered materials for online from Ace Hardware. Unfortunately the order got screwed up and lucky for us Store Manager Lindsay saved the day and got our materials back on track. This store has the best selection and the best customer service of any Ace hardware I’ve worked with from Bakersfield to Yuba City. If you’re a business decision maker, I would highly recommend working with these folks.
