Came to get my car detailed with emphasis detail on my ceiling of car but he did everything but that. He didnt even wanna show me the car, he just collected the money and left.. gave him a second chance after last time and it was a letdown again

Magic! An 8yr old car looks brand new. The work done inside and out was impeccable. The same for the 3yr old car. Money well spent! Will do it again next year. If anyone is thinking about, just do it!!!

My poppy pooped on passenger seat , I called 2 guys auto detailing, I asked him if I can bring my car that day as walk in he told me they offer mobile service too odi Came and helped me

I only did the interior service. My car had a lot of dog hair and living in Turlock you car is ALWAYS dirty inside and out and 2 guys delivered. We went with their mobile service and they were on time and did an amazing job. They pay attention to detail and got into areas I didn't expect them to see. Defiantly would recommend.

Wow, this is the most horrible service I've ever received.I took my car in for water-spots full auto detail and it was horrible. The type of chemical they used was extremely strong that we could not take the burning sensation on our eyes every time we would enter/ turn on the vehicle. I brought the car back in a couple of days later because of the burning sensation and he told me he forgot to clean that horrific chemical they used of my hood and that it penetrated the AC so that's why It would hurt. I went back around 3 more times and he couldn't fix, I also noticed that the chemical they used ruined my grill and he was so rude to order it always showing hostility because he had to fix what they did. He then decided to give me my money back because he did not know how to fix it and order me a new grill, I specifically told him I did not want it from Amazon where he was going to order it and I wanted a original from the dealer, he did it with horrible attitude.When the grill arrived he texted me and said my grill was there and to drop of the car for 4 or 5 hours so he could put it on when he specifically had told me he was taking it to a mechanic and it would be around a 40 min process. I could not trust him with my car again after everything they ruined, I told him I would take it to the Mechaninc that he knew and I would tell them to bill him, he started yelling at me and told me he wasn't going to pay for that. I said that's not how it works, you mess something up you have to fix it, he got extremely angry and yelled TAKE IT TO THE MECHANIC AND TELL THEM TO BILL ME!! Slammed the door in my face then proceeded to walk back to his work area and loudly ( so I could hear) say things about me with his workers. Do not come here if you value your car, burning sensation is still happening in the eyes every time I turn on my car. He messed up a lot of the trim in the car looking very faded now and he just has the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered.

I brought my 2023 is300 to Odi for ceramic coating. He did an amazing job and explained everything in details. He took good care of my car. Iam taking my Honda dor detail, and wax and polish soon. They did a good job detailing the interior . Just disappointed that Odi was not clear to let me know that detailing the exterior was an option. They should be more careful of how to give the price quotes to their customers.
