About Ellis Motel
Ellis Motel is an old-school family-run motel, not a chain. It is a fantastic out of the way place to spend the night, a bit ragged around the edges but a very good value for the money. The staff is extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spotless, some with a tiny kitchen including a real stove and full-size refrigerator. It is a great place to stay in Tule Lake.
stop here because it was a good half way mark for my trip. the lady was super nice and had great recommendations for places to eat and the room was spotless

I used to visit this area a lot for work and would always stay here. It was a fantastic out of the way place to spend the night.

Nice to have a spot way out miles from anywhere. Very nice folks. Rooms s little pricey for what you get.
