“04/01/20242:25PMWanted to give a shout out to a couple of your sale's reps inside your Tulare Tilly's store here, apon enterance Samantha had awesome skill with her sales speech, I told her I'm looking for a watch for a very important day tomorrow, I let her know what watch caught my eye and if they'd help me adjust it to the size of my left wrist then I'd buy it, Samantha then contacted another awesome sales rep, then that sales rep contacted Johnelle the Manager, as soon as she showed up she knew exactly how to adjust the watches, she adjusted it to my size, it was chill too because it was a learning experience for all 4 of us, and I really appreciated that they all went out of their way to fit the watch on my wrist just to secure the $108.25 SALE, thank you again. ??”
“The nicest woman let me come in and shop to my heart's content when there was only 5 minutes until closing. She stayed about 20 minutes late and saved me because I needed a bunch of field clothes for the next day. The pants and shirts I picked worked out really well (although women's pants are still struggling with pocket design - always bigger and more needed). Thank you!!!Edit: This visit was a couple years ago now, but I just noticed a typo, so I fixed it and it reposted to today.”

“Very similar to Ross & TJ Maxx but has more current season clothes and less house wear items. Staff is more helpful and friendly. Biggest plus is the checkout line wasn't terrible, which is why I tend to avoid Ross.”

“Cool and cheap clothes.If you want to use brand clothes but you don’t have enough money for buy it, this is a perfect place for you. I really like this store because sometimes I can find beautiful clothes and with a good quality for an affordable price. I have been there many times, and the time is never enough. Depends a lot the location for each store. If you’re in a big city, the store also are more big than in the small cities. Finally I’m really sure that if you visit one of those stores you’ll never regret.”
“Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Was greeted immediately when I came through the door. Asked if I was looking for anything specific they could help find, when I replied “no” was told if I needed anything to just ask. I asked about sizing on jeans and the guys were super well informed as far as styles and fit of different pants. Incredibly well informed on all the products and availabilities of even things they didn’t carry!! Super friendly. Wound of staying for a while after checking out, just to chat about product and what not. 10/10 would recommend this store for all of your Volcom needs!!!!”
