I came here a few months back after Porterville Ford told me Ford no longer offered the 4x4 drivetrain in the regular cab 2023 F150 5.0 if you custom ordered it. I asked these guys if that was true, and turns out it wasn’t. Bruce got me on the horn and told me that my custom order went through and now I have it here with me.Will definitely be coming here again for future custom orders!

I took my F150 in at 730 for some recall work and was advised it would take about two hours. I was not contacted so I called at 12:00. The service department said truck was ready. I asked for a ride from the courtesy shuttle. They told me the driver was at lunch and that I would be the first pick up when he returned at 1:00. The driver did not show up so I called again at 1:15 asking if he was on his way. I called the dealership and was told the driver was still at lunch but would be back at 130 and he would call me when he arrived. I was still waiting at 145 and called again. They said they would contact the driver again and call back. I then called my wife to pick me up. They did call back and said someone would be right there. I told them to cancel. My wife was on the way. When I got to the dealership, they said it was ready, gave me the paperwork and said they would bring it out. The service writer then went to find the keys and could not find them. After five minutes, I asked if they had found the keys and they said that they had and would bring the truck out. I had to wait another 20 minutes before the tech finally brought out the truck. I am very dissatisfied with the way the service department and the service they provided when they delivered my truck. In all I waited over two and a half hours once I was told my truck was ready to be picked up.

My wife and I worked this weekend with Gabriel to get us into a new car, after our prior car went out. He was very helpful and respectful, and not at all pushy like other lots we visited. We left happy and in a very nice, and comfortable Ford Edge.

Left my vehicle for AC service they called me after 6 hours and said the system was contaminated and they would have to evacuate the system and recharged and that it would be ready for pick up in 45 min. Got there in 45 min to pickup and waited an hour more still not ready then said I would have to leave vehicle there over the weekend as they were not finished. Took it to Pepe's and fixed within 2 hours.

Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare has given us the best dealership service we have ever experienced. This is contrasted with our experience with Toyota and a few different Ford dealerships. Edgar, the Service Manager, has been outstanding.Our experience with Tiesiera began with our dissatisfaction with the service we received from our local Ford dealership here in Bakersfield. I called around to numerous out-of-town dealerships hoping to get a chance to speak with a service manager and discuss the issues my wife and I had experienced with our local dealership. I wanted to know, "Is it just me, or is this seriously wrong?" Tiesiera Ford staff answered their phone promptly and were extraordinarily courteous. I was offered patience in listening to my description of our issues and a thorough, professional response that directly addressed and informed me on the issues we were having. I knew I wanted to take my vehicle to Tiesiera Ford for service after that. The negligence and poor workmanship of the other dealership that resulted in having to replace a transmission, a fan assembly, a radiator assembly, a condenser, and even missing/lost fasteners has been made up for by Tiesiera's great service. They gave us a nice rental/replacement vehicle right away when work was being done, didn't constantly hound us about limited rental obligation, they kept us appraised of their work, and they were even exceptional working with Ford corporate customer service representatives. And in addition to courtesy and competence, what really stands out is that they have consistently been honest and up front about everything all along.We've used many service centers over the years and this one stands out, especially among dealerships. They are a dealership, so their services don't come cheap, but if you want *trustworthy* and competent service, I can not recommend Tiesiera Ford highly enough. You're in great hands with Edgar and his team, and it makes a big difference to have that peace of mind. It's telling about the ownership and management when everyone you encounter at a business gives a good impression. Thank you Tiesiera Ford for giving Ford owners like us a great place to go for vehicle service.

Went to preorder the Ford Maverick for the 2023 Model year last year and was helped by a gentlemen named Bruce, he went above and beyond to answer my questions I had at that time. Bruce also helped me this year put in a preorder the 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid and was just as helpful and went so far as to call me and let me know the Ford Maverick preorder bank had opened and was able to get me on that preorder list as promised. Thank you Will Tiesiera Ford for having individuals like Bruce that make a trip to the dealer a pleasant experience.

This dealership is easily the best around. There are no pushy salesmen or any of the other staff for that matter. They will definitely take care of you and treat you right. Jordan is the best! That dude will treat you like family. He isn’t pushy, rude, or anything like most car salesmen. Definitely ask for him and he will make your experience super easy and take the stress out of the whole process.

Good afternoon, recently I visited Will Tiesiera to look at vehicles for my family. Jordan was so helpful, kind, and informative. He was not pushy like most other salespeople. I understand it's their job, but Jordan made sure to review my family's needs before offering any advice. We are looking to purchase a vehicle in the fall and will definitely return to Will Tiesiera because of Jordan!

Left feeling completely deceived and out nearly $3,000 for services on a 13 year old car. Our advisor sent us a sheet to approve services, which we approved around $750 worth. It is important to note that we DID NOT know that $1200 worth of services were already "approved" through text message. Maybe we're naive, but typically auto services provide an invoice with the TOTAL amount you're paying for--NOT what you're paying for on top of services already "approved" through text. This is an issue for us because 1) there were so many different service approval methods we ended up not knowing the actual total amount, and 2) how does this business know who is approving these services over text? What is the point of signing and approving services on an e-document if other services can be approved through text? It just doesn't make any sense.Next, when we tried to contact our service advisor she did not get back to us. We left her a message and went a week without hearing from her. We called a week later and someone forwarded us to her line--which she did not pick up. Finally I spoke to someone saying I wanted to hear from her within the hour, or I would drive there and speak to her in person. After hearing this, we heard from her within a matter of minutes. When I voiced my concerns to her she told me she would forward me to her manager--and then she presumed to hang up the line. This may have been accidental, but I can't help but to feel as though she did not want to deal with an upset customer.Finally, we spoke to the manager, Edgar. I voiced my frustration with feeling as though we were deceived into paying this huge expense of $3,000 due to the different service approval methods. He understood our concerns and tried to give us a discount (which is appreciated) but we were still left paying around $2,700 for a car that these professionals know is NOT worth that much money.
