Wells Fargo Bank receives mixed reviews from customers. The service is described as a hit or miss. Sometimes there is only one teller on duty, with other bankers behind the counter gossiping with one another. Other times, there are three to four staff working and service is super fast. A long-time customer has a complaint about burning candles in the branch, which causes dizziness, cold sweats, headache, and rapid heartbeat due to a high sensitivity. This issue has been mentioned before but has not been taken care of. Conversely, another customer had a positive experience when staff members took the time to help open a bank account without an appointment, providing wonderful assistance.
Would give them ZERO starS, their customer service sucks.They schedule you an appointment only to take a walk in before you. Stick with the VISALIA branch on main st.

Literally only have two windows open. There's a line and they're just behind chest, laughing and chit chat

They charge $10 to cash a check that's written from their bank. Not sure it's legal , however the tellers are very friendly and the lines go fast.
