Only give 1 overdraft fee refund every 12 months. Better off going with chase who gives multiple or BMO bank who doesn’t have overdraft fees because they return every payment if there’s not enough money in your account

I am a 20 year customer and I have a complaint about the burning candles, I have high sensitivity when it comes to this, immediately causing dizziness, cold sweats, headache and rapid heartbeat. I have mentioned before and was told it would be taken care of. As of today it had not. I just feel others may have the same issue, and that the candle burning should be left at home in your personal space and not to subject others. I hope this gets taken care of soon.

Zero stars!!!!! I won't even push one. I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully it was totally honest as to how downtrodden this society has become. The people that were watching this spectacle were even on my side. Wells Fargo should not exist. They are of the devil!!!!!

It’s a hit or miss when it comes to this bank. Sometimes only one teller on duty even though there are bankers behind the counter sometimes just gossiping with one another. Other times they have three to four ladies working and it’s super fast on and out.

There drive up ATMs NEVER have available money. You would think they would keep it stocked, especially on weekends. Worse Wells Fargo I've ever had to deal with.

I was having a hard time opening a bank account on online, it was lunch time and there was not a lot of staff around but Juan and Jessica took the time to help me make my own bank account. Everthough I didn't have an appointment they were more then happy to help me. They did a wonderful job and I appreciate there assistance. Thank you guys!

Wells Fargo in Tulare, you need to get it together, there should be no tellers at lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 and you need to fix the issue with your atm’s not allowing cash deposits.I have been banking with you since 2007 but after today and this past Saturday I’m going to consider switching all my banking to Chase I never have an issue there.

ATM outside never excepting cash! Especially on the weekend! My bank account was about to be over withdrawn so I went to deposit more money and of course both atm drive through were down and the walk up atm and it was not accepting cash also! This is the only Wells Fargo bank in town so I had to drive to Visalia to deposit money. This location needs to do better!

If Wells Fargo opens on Saturdays? Since the pandemic started I think they stopped opening on Saturdays, I've been and it's never open, I once went and I thought because it was a holiday it was closed, but the truth is that they are only open from Monday to Friday.

Worst customer service! I'm so fed up with wellsfargo! Manager ebt doesn't even care. Waiting in line for over an hour and with only 2 tellers. Wellsfargo used to be a good bank, not anymore.
