i've always came to this location and recently they've hired security... 3 stars because you usually have what i need at a good price but how am i suposed go impulse shop if your security guard is following me around i assume because i wear a face mask i wear a mask so i don't get sick as coughing people are everywhere this is why people go to target to not get followed around

Do not come here for oil changes!!! Aftermarket parts were used and leaked oil everywhere. Super horrible experience. Don't come here for the price. It's not worth the damage it can do on your vehicle

This crap hole of a place wouldn't get 1 star if I didn't have too, to leave a review. First- this week I took in someone to get a SIM card and said hello to an associate she wouldn't even look at me, didn't say hi and said someone else will be with you shortly. She was delivering stuff to the electric section. Then. I ordered two tires a couple weeks ago each valued at close to $509 each and I didn't pick them up in time so I received an email stating they were sending them back. I got an email tonight at 8:52 saying that I had picked up my 1 $500 tire while the other one was returned. Obviously it wasn't me. I've been trying to call the store the last 2 hours no one will pick up in any department. This place is a poop hole and needs to rid all its employees and let the robots and customers check themselves out because obviously they aren't capable of doing the easiest tasks as in answering a phone or checking an ID when someone is picking up a high value order. I would assume it's prob fraudulent in-house with how bad this place it. DO NOT GO HERE! Use Amazon! Wish me luck getting my money back on the money Walmart stole from me!

Quick review We needed some salad items for a lunch at my inlaws and stopped by walmart to snag them. The produce section is extremely limited. We couldn't find the salad mixes so we asked an employee. He informed us they didn't sell salad mixes. Only small individual salads. Ok interesting, we can just make our own. We asked where the lettuce was. They apparently also don't sell that here. Da heck? We couldn't even buy a single onion, they only came in packs of 7. Save yourself a trip, go to food's co next door.

Typical Walmart crowd. Nothing crazy, occasional homeless person outside the front door , but this place is clean and orderly. Next to sonic drive thru.

Well this was the first time that I actually tried to do a pickup order with Walmart and they not only did they miss one of my grocery items but they also didn't offer me a receipt and that bothers me a little bit so not real pleased tonight the little girl that delivered my groceries out to the car her name was Abby she asked me to give her a review well this is my review Abby you should have checked my groceries and make sure I had all my items that I ordered cuz I got charged for it so I'm sorry that I have to do this but I just feel like everybody needs to pay more attention thank you

I just moved to Tulare and this is the closest Walmart to me and I am pretty sad about it. Compared to almost every other Walmart, this one barely has anything. There's no DollarSection which was always my favorite to look around. They have a vary limited grocery section. No fresh veggies, barely any fruit (only basic bagged fruit like apples, bananas, oranges), and they don't carry a variety of milk or coffee creamer. Not to mention when almost every other Walmart has sales, this store doesn't. I usually make the drive to neighboring Walmarts instead.

By far some of the slowest staff ever. You can tell they don't care at all. I stood at a cabinet for over 5 minutes because the person who works in that area can't open the cabinets, how about give them the key. Why do I have to wait for someone on the other side of the store or whatever she was doing. And then there was only 1 or 2 lines open. The lady at checkout rang items terribly slow, I thought I was watching a slow motion video! Come on. Hire more people and check the ones who don't care about wasting customer's time! Also, I got something personal and the lady holds it up and goes "Is this yours!" So embarrassing!!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my son's experience tonight. He asked for assistance in the garden area and was told that someone would be there in a few minutes to help him. My son is a very patient person so he waited 30 minutes and no one came to help him. He went to the front check-out area and asked again for some assistance in the garden area and was told again to wait a few minutes. After 15 more minutes of waiting he paid for the few items he had and left the store. He said he was use to this treatment and shrugged it off. That raised my blood pressure way up! We will never shop there ever again! We'll shop at the Visalia stores from now on.

The workers have no training about how to handle a situation. Seem to over talk the customer and have smart remarks when conducting there selves. Embarrassing is the word. They are not 6 feet apart. Not complaining to cdc guidelines. The workers and asset security worker are completely unprofessional. Rude. They act like they make the rules and have no regard for corporate rules. Never will I shop at that store again. It is dirty and unorganized. Smells. Never felt so dirty being in a place.

This Walmart is always empty never has anything.. seems like they never have shipments plus it's dirty all the time. They need a new batch of people that at least try care for the store and it's customers

This place doesn't deserve even deserve 1 star. The customer service was terrible. Due to this 1 employee her name is Amber. She was so rude & very unprofessional. I cannot believe they have people like this working here. Her attitude was just nasty. The lady at the self checkout was even trying to help us. She was even surprised at how her co worker was treating us. Horrible horrible Walmart. I will not ever shop at this location again & will be letting everyone I know about this incident.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR UNATTENDED!!! If I could give this Walmart ZERO Stars I definitely would! Just a couple of months ago, I came to Walmart for maybe about 20 minutes and I get to my car to find out my car was broken into and everything was missing in broad daylight and to top it off, the cops will not do anything about it. Today I found out that MY SISTERS CAR ALSO GOT BROKEN INTO and her windows were broken. Spoiler alert- The cops did nothing about it. This Walmart is known for having cars being broken into.

I'm writing to complain of a particular cashier of Walmart Tulare. Her name is Iona and she is unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, lazy, and shouldn't work in retail anywhere! My experience started while we were at the cash register. We went to this Walmart to shop and found some good deals on electric scooters and some books that are on clearance. The trouble started when we approach her line. She needed to scan the scooters so we asked her if she needed help lifting up the boxes and she didn't even acknowledged we even asked her. Attitude? Yes!!! She was so rough toward the items in our cart. Then one of the books didn't scan the price correctly so we asked her to double check for us but her response was "I'm not the one adjusting the price" Rude? Yes! So we decided to let it slide and check our receipt later when she is finished. Once she is finished she handed us our receipt and didn't even say anything to us. Unfriendly much? Yes! We checked the receipt and asked her to check or modify for us, and she pretended she didn't hear us and just moved on to the next customers and told us "move your cart out of the way" hmmm but she wasn't done helping us. At last she asked another cashier to take us. One cashier was busy so another one ended up helping us instead. He was super friendly, helpful, and understands that mistakes happen sometimes with the system. So he adjusted our price with no problem. It was about 5 dollars difference. It's not the price that I'm annoyed at. It's the fact that we received bad service from a cashier who shouldn't be working in retail or customer service at all!!! For customers shopping at Walmart Tulare, please move to the next line if you see Iona there. Walmart Tulare, please evaluate Iona and offer her better training or let her go so she will no longer damage the name Walmart. Thank you.
