Tina Marquez went above and beyond to make our family feel like we were taken care of. She made this most difficult time a little easier on our family.
We truly appreciate everything she did for us during this tough time. The service at sterling and smith exceeded our expectations.
Thank you Tina.

All I can say is they went above and beyond what they needed to do in our time of grief as far as viewing our brother they were extremely flexible and generous with the time they gave us, and at the end the director manager went above and beyond also to coordinate letting us follow the Hearst to its final destination in Los Angeles which that meant the world to us as we traveled with him and did not leave him alone, also the driver was extremely patient and kind the whole way and overall to a very tragic situation they made it as comfortable as possible and again went above and beyond what they needed to do in my opinion so we are very happy with the service thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience with this Funeral home; they have assisted in 3 different occasions for our Family. Very patient, understanding, caring, and loving people. Never felt pressured to make decisions and provided options for our needs. Highly recommend Sterling & Smith Funeral Home! Thank you!

If I could give a -5 I would!!! My baby brother arrived 2 and a half weeks ago. We were left looking for him! Inquiry on James Michael Farley revieled he was still on site waiting for his cremation journey. It seems that my brother has been forgotten and left in limbo during what was sapposed to be his final journey!? No phone call to inform our family. I am seriously disappointed in this facilities practices!! My heart is hurting even greater now that we had to call around looking for our James! Ya'll should be ashamed for such disrespectful negligence!! I regret my decision to agree to your services!! Bit my mother had a "friend" whom she trusted that works there! Lesson learned!!

This place is very careless. They mixed up documentation papers and were lagging on getting death certificates. They also also gave us a hard time trying to see the body before it was cremated and kept pushing it back. The memorial papers were done late and every time they set a date to pick up things, they never had anything ready. In a time of grieving, this place caused more pain. Very unprofessional.

I give this place one star. In January we hired Sterling & Smith to handle my sisters cremation. The ashes had to be mailed to my mother in Arizona and when the box arrived it was wrapped like a Christmas gift. Not only had Christmas passed, but the fact that the ashes were wrapped like a gift was not only so incredibly inappropriate, but it felt like they were making a joke of my sisters death. I was insulted and angry to see that they had the audacity to do something so disrespectful and unprofessional. I called and spoke with Roxy who admitted that she instructed someone to use Christmas wrap for my sisters ashes. I couldn't believe she was that stupid. Her reason being that they ran out of brown paper. I'm disgusted with this. How could anybody think that it would be appropriate to handle someone's remains like this!

Dinuba!!! Darren at the Dinuba sterling & Smith was by far the best. He was there through it all. This was one of the hardest times and for it being our first time dealing with a loss he sure made us feel comfortable with every decision and totally went above and beyond for us. Thank you Darren!!

From the moment my grandmother passed away and we went here to get the process started. Roxy and everyone else was very helpful and humble. We had lots of questions and needed lots of direction on what to do. Roxy was very patient and kind. She would even take the time to meet with us on her time off. When we had the viewing Roxy and the other set all the dilevered flower and posters up just beautifully. We had made a slide show and someone always made sure it was on when people were their to view. At the grave site ceremony they had everything ready and set up just perfectly. one of the gentlemen even said some lovely words. The work everyone from Sterling and Smith put in was done perfectly. How they set everything up made me feel somewhat at peace because I know my grandmother would have loved it. So thank you to everyone at Sterling and Smith for your kidness and help.

As smooth and wonderful an experience as a funeral can be. The staff went above and beyond to be professional, sensitive, and thoughtful. There were so many moments that they really showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. I am just so impressed and grateful.
