They don't keep the hours posted, 7 days a week 8-5. We've tried all day to get through to the office and nobody answers. No note on the door telling us they've closed for the weekend. This is NOT the first time they've done this. Our trailer was also broken into as well as other in the facility. Now we have repairs that need to be made and cannot get our trailer out to fix it since nobody is there. Unfortunately we do not recommend this facility. Take your business to Darrell's, anywhere but this place! Needless to say, once we take our trailer out, it won't be going back!

Do yourself a favor, rent a storage spot from anyone else other than Safe Storage. Perhaps if you need a locked room, it will work out for you, but if you need boat or RV Storage, you are better off looking for other options. The office is no longer open on the weekends, unless you have scheduled an appt and that requires multiple calls to the office, to speak to people who have zero customer service skills. Their hours have changed mid Covid even with open contracts in place AND the fact that I paid for 12 months in advance. Combine that with the fact their website, Yelp and even the front door make reference to their "updated business hours". If you like paying for items or services that change mid contract, then this is the place for you. If you are an honest consumer who just wants to be treated fairly, do yourself a favor and consider all your options.

I do not recommend this place twice I went on Saturday and they were closed at least at derrels you have a key pad and access 7 to 7 7 days a week Smh It's when people need there stuff or need to store there stuff the most is on a WEEKEND

I have lived all over the country and until recently was living out of state, never concerned about my property stored there for many years. I heard through other storage occupants that the current manager, Dennis will no longer be there to watch over my property, if this is correct I will remove my items as I cannot feel safe about the former drug addict whom is proposed to take over this site. Dennis has been a joy and trustworthy to deal with, and I will leave when he cannot watch over my personal belongings anymore.

Great facility. My parents rented from here for many years and I have had a unit with them for about 9 years now. I've never had any issues with the unit, itself, or the managers. The managers have been nothing less than kind and helpful during any time I have talked to or interacted with them. What drew me towards renting a unit at this facility was the price point and the high ceilings. Great size!

I have used several storage facilities in the past and have found the folks at Safe Storage to be exceptionally helpful and friendly.
