My mother was excited knowing that Tulare had a Rite Aid she wanted to get her prescription here she loved Rite Aid cause of the Thrifty's ice cream. She used to take us to Thrifty's in Visalia when it was on main street where the Starbucks is located. We went in to get her prescription and were told they never got it. We called the doctor and he informed us he gave them the prescription details. We waited a couple of days and came back we even called before coming in this time they said they had it after giving them information over the phone. We came in and gave them the insurance information and they informed us that another pharmacy has the prescription in another state and is holding it? Why? This is piss poor customer service. Looks like I'm taking her to the urgent care for heart and diabetes medication. They no longer have Thrifty's ice cream by the pint you have to buy it 5 dollars a scoop. So much for an American brand for an American price! Monday May13th. Tuesday May 14th they have my mom's prescription today after accusing her of trying to use metformin in An illegal manner she's 72 years old pharmacist's need to get a life here possibly grow up.

This pharmacy use to dispense my RX no issues now they take it upon themselves to put RXs on hold for no apparent reason and will not communicate that it's on hold. The pharmacist also questions all my subscriptions on why I'm taking..? Because the Dr. Prescribed it to me I don't know.Some people need to stick to their job and just do that correct. The ladies at the window are nice, no issue there.

Came in the other night on March 30th and witnessed a drunk homeless man outside cussing and talking to himself he started to approach me and my family and it was very scary as it was about 9pm at night. I was going to get ice cream that evening but I immediately turned back. This is not a safe environment anymore. The outside is filthy as well

Came to rite aid for childs prescriptions at 840pm and they told us to come back tomorrow as they were already closed but sign says 9pm.

I go into this Rite Aid every time I visit Tulare. The ladies that work here, including the pharmacy, have great energy and are very friendly. Store is clean and in good order.I recommend this location.

Horrible service, the Pharmacist was too scared to tell me how much my Husband's meds would be so he had to bring in back up from a tech to inform me. Pathetic and in no way shape or form do they actually care about their customers. All money business for them....shameful.

Time was 5:35. The mexican girl of pharmacy treated me rude for asking the boost (said they were closing). Treated me as stupid for asking in spanish ,said she couldn't do it for my boost was to be on 11/26/21. The date is december ( as trying to confuse me for " I was stupid". I had in hand some paycheck slips. And the vaccination card.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews of this Rite Aid store. I went there to get a covid test. They were able to schedule me within 2 hours. Walgreens has a lousy website for its covid testing, cvs couldnt get me in for 2 days, Rite Aid was able to give me within 2 hours.
