My buddy reserved a room for us as we were passing through the Central Valley. Upon entering, there was a faint smell of smoke but, Matt at the front desk assured us that it’s because of the window ac in the breakfast area. He got us checked in very quickly and brought coffee to our room as the complimentary coffee was cold. He brought us the whole pot, more cups, and all of the fixins. The rest of the stay was nice and we even got to see Matt again in the morning. My buddy and I have older phones so, Matt printed out directions to help us get to Redding, Ca. He really loves helping people. Ask for him when staying!
Walkability: It’s very close to a nice set of outdoor shopping stores.

Not well maintained. Broken light switches, no blackout curtains. Pool area is bad. General lack of care. Understaffed. Only one employee to man the front desk and take care of breakfast. Definitely not up to Quality Inn standars.

Cheap, clean, and friendly service.
Nearby activities: Sequoia national park is a littlenover an hour away.

The rooms are okay, but the furniture is a bit old.
The breakfast is not very good and the selection is very limited. There are not enough seats for the number of rooms.
The facility is very nicely designed.
Okay for the price and for one night.

The best part about the whole hotel was the man running the front desk named Edgar extremely friendly and helpful kudos to that. The rooms are really clean. Now the down side what to expect a very small TV that you need reading glasses to watch TV, spectacular views out your window and I didn't know they made faucets that look like this this is got to be a joke you can wash your hands but you're banging them off of the back of the sink.

Staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. The room fit perfectly for my needs, including a mini fridge and microwave. My kids enjoyed the full breakfast that had a good variety of breakfast foods. Would recommend and definitely come back

We spent 1 night and the service was wonderful. Andrew got us checked in early as my son was car sick and Lael was great with the breakfast always refilling and cleaning.

I have to say that being disappointed in this hotel is being kind. As we entered the hotel, there were 3 employees at the counter, one throwing out f-bombs, one making a key for herself as she was apparently getting ready in a vacant room with a friend and the clerk on duty. We checked in, went to our room that we booked with a balcony, to find no balcony, the reason from the clerk was there was a plumbing issue and no maintenance on site, so they moved our room. The clerk strangely asked if we were watching the fight, in which I responded with, do people typically stay here to watch the fight and she responded with no, so when we got back to our room, my boyfriend, out of habit, checked his bank account and he was charged $107.99 for the fight. He went downstairs to ask the clerk and coincidently she was watching the fight on her phone. Of course no way to prove, but her attitude was enough to know. There were no towels, so went downstairs and the clerk shared they were in the dryer and provided us with towels in which she explained were stained but clean. I asked for an extra pillow and the clerk shared that the pillows were new and I could just take it home if I wanted. During the course of our stay, which was one night, the power went out, the light didn't work, and the toilet plugged up. We shared all of this with the day clerk, who was extremely nice and concerned as well as an employee who was working the breakfast area and shared that the manager would contact us the following day. It has been 2 days with no call, so we have escalated the complaint. This hotel clearly models unprofessional behavior as well as a lack of concern for possible employee issues. The employee we spoke with shared that food items had come up missing and that they have issues with this clerk in the past, but apparently the manager is not as concerned to address the issues reported. We have attempted to call several times and the manager has not been there and messages left.

Wifi had "someone fixing it" when we checked in (3pm) until we checked out (11am). Which was inconvenient but Starbucks is pretty close. Sadly, Breakfast was wiped out before 8 am so when we 3 guests were only able to get an oatmeal and a juice. If we were elderly folks it would have been fine but we are 6'4", 6'4", and 6'6" and two of us are in our 20s so we left hungry. The TV had an enormous selection of channels to watch, the room was very spacious and had a desk as well as a station for ladies to put their faces on. The bathroom had a tub/shower which is not always available in other motels. However, The toilet seat sat really low for some reason.

Great bang for your buck. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, water pressure good...nice hot temps, WiFi signal strong. Nice looking property on the inside. Manager and employes are nice and helpful.

Probably one of the worse hotels ever. They book /sell rooms (non-refundable) that are not available. They checked me into a dirty room. I am not talking a little trash or bad job of cleaning. I mean full on dirty room from someone staying there. Trash cans full, dirty towels on the floor, dirty bed linens unmade and trash on the floor type of dirty. No communication from management. I stay at a lot of choice hotels since I am in this state working and not from here. I will not stay at this dump of a place and would recommend others go elsewhere as well

I am so beyond pleased with this hotel! I paid more to stay a motel 6, and this hotel is so nice. the room I stayed in smells so good. I have a service dog and she was so relaxed staying here as well. the manager here is so nice and accommodating. I've already decided that this will be my annual birthday hotel when I visit the area for my birthday.

The management specifically the manager was great. I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and this is by far the best experience. I requested extra items for the room and it was taken care of immediately. The room was great, clean clean clean! I will definitely be staying again. The price was great as well. Recommend this hotel it is customer friendly.
