Was very satisfied with my dogs outcome. I was always scared to get them groomed because of the thought of them looking funny but, they did not disappoint. I will be returning !

Brought my elderly dog in for grooming. They were afraid to bath him but shaved him instead. Hair around head was left uneven. When you are not able to provide the service requested (which was a bath and a puppy cut), you should call the pets owner to ensure they would be happy with a close shave. Communication is the key to a happy customer

I’ve only taken my dog to them a handful of times but Im very disappointed they’re customer service is terrible they almost seem like they hate their job but what’s most concerning to me is that my dog seemed petrified when i took him to his appointment he stated shaking uncontrollably and he’s been sad since we picked him up. Also the last time I was there to pick him up you could hear one of the employees yelling at a dog telling him to shut up now I’m wondering if it was my dog and that’s why he was so scared when we walked in.

They’ve been grooming my dog for years. I should have stopped taking him there after the groomer burned him with the clippers and they said they were “hot spots”. (Shaped like a triangle, really?). Switched to a specific groomer and that stopped. Since the major change in staffing, it’s been terrible. It takes all day before getting a pickup text. They’ve returned my dog to me without his collar, and even though it has my number on his tag, they didn’t call and say they had it. They had to be called and asked to look for it. Today, they handed me my dog, no collar, no harness (both of which have his tags on them), and just his leash. What did they think I attached the leash *to*? Asked where his collar and harness were after stating brown leather collar and blue harness, only for the girl to bring out a nasty black harness for a smaller dog and someone else’s leather leash. The inability to run this facility is mind boggling.But what really, really pisses me off is the fact that my dog, who is a bouncy and happy ding dong that loved going to the groomer is in an absolute state and has been all afternoon since coming home. He’s been stressed, exhausted, shaking and scared. He cries when I touch his back hip, yet there’s no mark. My dog is in pain, and I don’t know what they did to him. Do NOT leave your pets with them, find some place else.

Called to cancel appointment since we no longer live in town. She canceled appointment and just hung up on me. Glad we won’t be returning back. Also heard they’re all over the place now

I brought my dog in for a bath, trim, shave around her private area and a toe nail trim. Mind you she is a 3.5 pound dog and 5 hours later they told me she was ready. I called twice and they said they were behind and taking longer. I picked her up and paid 45.00 and was in a hurry. I didn't go over her until I got home. Yes she did get a bath! But nothing else. I called and got the message machine and told them my concerns. It's been 4 days and they never called me back. I'm disappointed and will not be returning.

I have been bring my dog here for years and I hate to come in here and leave this review but for the last two visits my dog had have not been great like before this time she went she was shaking I had drag her in there and this was new behavior for her. They also take extra king to cute her hair she’s a small dog and we just do short hair for her they used to call me before now I have to call them to Clare if she’s ready after 4/5hrs of her being there

The front desk person is definitely not the same. She seems as though she is bothered by taking calls or reservations. Her response to me wanting to schedule was “uh okay well when do you want to set an appointment? Right now? Today? Tomorrow? Or next week?” All those questions in an irritable tone. I hope they realize we continue to be with them for their hospitality & care for our pets!

Don't know what's been going on the past few months but service has been lacking like crazy, it does not take over 4 hours to trim a small dog's hair who regularly gets their grooming done every couple of months. We also witnessed another customer express concern that the staff lost their dog?!?! I can't event imagine! Prices have gone up and service just keeps getting worse and the shop is always a dirty hairy mess. When told our dog would be ready within 30-45 minutes my husband arrived to pick up our dog when we were notified she was ready only to get there and be told it will take another 20 minutes. I'm really disappointed and honestly will be taking my business elsewhere.

I hate to come here and even leave this review because we have been loyal customers with our 4 dogs now 3 for nearly 5 years. In the past few weeks our experience has not been as good as in the past. Our two larger dogs shed a lot. One of them gets shaved and the other gets a good brush to remove a lot of its hair. They have always left looking great. We would bring them in every 4-6 weeks with hardly any shedding between appointments and this month we’ve taken our husky twice in 3 weeks for excessive shedding. Our Shepard thst gets shaved looked horrible. So many spots missed. We stated our concern to one of the gals that we had not seen in the past and she really wasn’t very polite. When we told her this isn’t typically how it’s been before and that we were unhappy with the initial appointment and the outcome, not once did she offer an apology or a solution. Or offer to give a discount for us having to bring one dog back in the same month. Mind you a larger dogs are not the cheapest.With this being said, our dogs just don’t come out like they use too. This has just become a recent issue in our past 3 visits there and it’s very disappointing. Not sure if they have new groomers and staff. Also, the sweet gal who was at the front hasn’t been there in a while. Not sure if ownership changed or what maybe going on, but their services and customer interaction have decline. Also, scheduling has become more complicated than before too.

It was my dogs first time getting groomed and they did such a great job with her! Not only did she come out looking as cute as ever, but they also did a great job of keeping my anxious girl comfortable! Highly recommend!

I love it!!! They are so friendly and treat my pug lovely. When I ask my pug "do you want to see crystal?" She runs to the door.
