Tulare outlet O'neill team is absolutely fantastic. Each team member helped with a welcome cheerful demeanor. Each team member helped me seek out difficult sizing and went beyond to help me get the sizes and colors in shorts and swim trunks I desired, even called another store to find what I needed and had it transferred for me. Very pleasant and polite and professional staff! Thank you Noel, Chase, and Mariela for a great experience! I will be back!

This may be an Outlet store but it's also one of the better shops in the area. Each time I've come in over the years, I've found exactly what I was looking for. It's amazing what a rarity good service and a quality selection can do for a shop. I was in town for the weekend looking for shorts. It's not necessarily the season to buy shorts so I wasn't expecting much, and after coding three other stores I'd pretty much given up hope. Well, I should have come here first. The three gals working here greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. Half of the men's side of the store was devoted to the very thing I was looking for. I found multiple options - all on sale - in my size and was in and out in no time. Sometimes the simplest experiences are the most satisfactory. O'Neil may technically be a surf shop, but I'll be returning whenever I need casual, quality clothing for any occasion.

This store is very clean and has great deals and sales for all of the family members. We were greeted and helped by all the friendly sales associates. We did notice the smell that many people complain about (which honesty isn't a negative scent), it is the O'Neil wetsuits, the neoprene puts off a chemical smell similar to the smell of weed, but there was definitely nobody smoking in the store or anyone working there who had the scent on themselves, just the wetsuits. It's a common mistake made by many, you can even check O'Neil wetsuit reviews on Amazon to find similar comments. Don't forget to check their clearance racks in the back for some great finds!

Very disappointed I've been coming here for awhile I always spend a good amount of money but my last couple visits have been a let down I am disgusted of the smell went I walk very strong smell of weed

I've been shopping here for almost three years I enjoy the style of clothes and customer service but the last couple times I've been here it always smell like marijuana not happy not sure if I want to recommend or continue shopping there

I went to this store today with my 5 year old daughter,I just walked out right now and every time I go in here it smells like "WEED" this hasn't been the first or second time this has happened!!! what kind of staff do you have working for you here!!! And why would you allow this kind of behavior, there is so many people that come to the outlets with their kids !! And I'm pretty sure they don't want their child exposed to the smell of marijuana!!!

They don't do exchanges, and their merchantise is in very poor condition Stay away from this store or close it down, so many customers are not going through the same delema , buying no fear from now on, O'Neal such a joke, I'm not using mine hard money on so s joke ...
