Just needed a simple item, nobody wanted to help, had to find someone to answer a question. Then since he didn't know what I was asking for, I had to show him a picture on my phone. I never have this problem at Home Depot.

Thank you Javier in the locksmith area for relieving my anxiety about getting a new door knob rekeyed for my parents!!! Your patience and expertise on the locksmithing is a gift! Now we can sleep better knowing the lock is fixed. Thank you Lowe’s in Tulare, you’re awesome for hiring Javier!!!

Nasty garden department, I’ve never seen such a mess.
95 degrees, a Monday morning and every freakin plant was nearly dead.
I would NOT buy any plants here for quite a while. Even if they revive somewhat, they’ll never be worth anything, even for free.
I don’t think anything had been watered since Friday.
Shame, shame.

I went in to look for a storage container, and I found myself with a large variety available at my disposal. Would definitely recommend Lowe’s if working on any hobbies or home projects or even to shop for a specific tool.

I was able to find what I needed on my own, and checked out myself but good luck in finding a BAG or SACK to put your items in. I finally found one at the main check out stand and had to ask for it. REALLY???!!! Come on folks, we shouldn't have to beg for a bag to put our stuff in! How about trusting your customers with a two cent bag!!

I like the fact they recognize US Veterans with discounts and parking.
I don't like they push self check out down our throats! If Lowes starts offering a discount for using self check out, I'm on board. Otherwise, remove it and put Americans back to work!

Always love this Lowe's in Tulare for the most part... The employees are all very helpful and friendly... They do need to attend to their Plants More...
I am in this location (every 2 weeks on Thurs after my chiropractor apt) and the 2 in Visalia (all the time) First place i go is out in the garden area where they have all the Clearance plants, flowers, trees, succulents etc... I am a Plant Junkie and love bringing more home to nurse back to health... Can't believe the prices they are charging now days for Close to Dead plants etc. Sadly I usually have to put a few back because they are just Way too much money for something that may or more so continue dying ... Breaks my heart to leave so many that just need a chance and they will Shine Shine Shine...
Now inside where the regular plant selection is Is a real disappointment expecially 2 days ago... There were so many that looked worse then the Clearances plants... No one watering them or clipping the dead leaves etc...
Plants take the bad Air and Give Amazing Oxygen filled air back to us...
They need TLC Talking to and of course water & love...
Overall this store is Great, never really too busy, friendly (for most part) most are welk educated on products and inventory...
