Terrible service, whoever is working at the front as of today was so rude to everyone. Should not be working there or anywhere that helps people for that matter.

Went today- at 10:30 a.m.- yes there was a lot of people. But I made an appointment prior. I had no problems. Have your lab order. Have your I.D. / and insurance card. Make an appointment. Some people are bringing multiple family members with them. That is taking up all the seating options. Just bring yourself. All the employees were kind and professional.

Rude and unprofessional people. Called the office week straight left voicemails and no return call. Had to drive all way tulare in person just to find out they docter never faxed my paperwork over. Wasted gas and time just cause no one answers the phone there. Then they where no help trying to see if they can call docter office help get it there. To many they seem lazy and only put out what work they need to a day.

Took a family member early today to have their lab work done. I was there at 7:15 am and there was a line of five or six people waiting to have labs drawn. The phlebotomist or front reception (not sure which), stated very rudely, huffed and puffed that if we didn’t have an appointment scheduled, we wouldn’t have our labs drawn, no exceptions. We tried to make an appointment online on Thursday but we were unsuccessful on the website. When we tried explaining this to the employee, she just stated again, “no appointment, you’re not going to be seen or assisted without one.” She was extremely rude, almost everyone in line left since they also didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I’ll never return to this location or even to LabCorp. Seems like this company doesn’t know how to manage or train their staff to be decent human beings. We instead went to the hospital. And I usually go to Lab Diagnostics. They’re much more kind, helpful and approachable.

Nice to some people and rude to others taking people out of turn.. did not know the codes to the labs and I waited over an hour. Front desk struggling to go her job correctly and effectively

Always have good experiences at this site never had anyone aft unprofessional or rude. Techs are very capable of finding vein to draw blood always impressed with cleanliness of the site. Thanks for always taking good care of my needs and other people I know who use labcorp on cherry Street needs as well.

Had a scheduled appt. today 10-14-2023. Drove 20 minutes to find out they are closed today. A call or text would of been appreciated. There were a lot of mad patients in the parking lot, most were elderly who got assisted transportation.

Front desk lady with the patchy lash extensions, needs better skills at communicating with patients. If you hate dealing with people just quit girl.
