The service and location are excellent. The carpets need cleaning because they smell and the bathroom tubs/showers have mold in the caulking.

Typical Hampton quality. The room was clean and comfortable. A reliable breakfast buffet. It does seem like our room was a little worn. The staff was friendly when we interacted with them.
We used this hotel as our "host" location for visiting Sequoia/Kings Canyon NP. We could get to Sequoia in about an hour.

Front desk people are awesome very polite and they care about there customers I personally had to talk with a guy Renee he went above and beyond to help me then I had to talk to Michelle because I got off late i got back to hotel at 11:53am and she let me check out late so I was able to shower like i said I highly recommend this hotel awesome customer service
Rooms: Very clean and big
Safety: Very safe cameras everywhere and they have security driving around in parking lot I pulled in and was on my phone for bout 10 min at 11pm and security came to my car asked me if I had a room here and asked for my name he checked it to make sure I had a room then he went about his night very polite
Food & drinks: Need different food daily not the same breakfast so they can improve on breakfast

I received very good attention since my arrival, all the staff very friendly and courteous; especially by Laura from Housekipping and Stephanie from the dining room; same ones that made me feel very comfortable during my stay; clean and hygienic facilities, in addition to providing a pleasant environment.

Absolutely perfect stay starting with our check-in with Amber, a friendly professional & informative gal about the hotel & Tulare area. The room was very clean & everything needed was already there! Check-in & check-out was smooth & easy. My little dog was as welcome as the people & they even had beds & disposable dishes if you need them. The Hotel had great security as well which is totally unlike La Quinta where we had been staying! I can't say enough about The Hampton Inn & Suites to cover how great our stay was. The breakfast was exceptional too! ?. Terrific stay & very Happy customers! Thank You Amber & The Hampton Inn & Suites ☺️.

We stayed there for 1 night and left our two sweater for my kids hanging in cabinets after 5 days we came back and expecting we can get it that but the reception said we don’t see any left sweater in lost and found area…….wowwwwww so disappointed!!!!! And we’re really mad because we drove for 45 mins…….This hotel is not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy check in the gentleman was nice and fast. We got a two bed room. We had an issue with one of the beds that night and went downstairs to speak to the front desk. We made the lady aware of the issue and she was quick to resolve. Unfortunately my husband no longer wanted to stay there due to the incident so i ask for a refund to which she quickly agreed to give us. She apologized and was very understanding and said she would look into resolving the issue. Compared to other Hampton’s I’ve stayed at this one in my opinion needs some renovating

Very clean and spacious rooms for the night. Friendly and accommodating service. Hot breakfast was a bonus in the morning.Walkability: The Hotel is very close to a variety of restaurants and bars that are walking distance. A full service grocery store and strip mall is across the street. The Outlet mall is about a brisk 10-15 minute walk.Food & drinks: Plenty of options from fast food to family dining and steak dinners are all walking distance. A short drive will triple the available options for food.

If you're visiting Tulare for the Outlets or there for business this is the place to stay! Great Front Desk always helpful and the rooms are always nice and tidy!
Don't miss the 'Free' breakfast great choice of fruit, cereal, eggs,bacon and waffles!
Almost forgot get your fill of juices,water, milk and for your convenience 24hrs Coffee station~Again Free!
