Everyone go down to this the Queen for a day spa to get ur bails done by these wonderful people that work there. I don't get my feel touch by no one in my whole 42 years and but this place I did and my feet look so modle ready and summertime ready!! Go get ur fanny off the couch and go get some me time!! I loved it!!
Cleanliness: Everything about that place was so inviting!! The music to the massage to saying, have a nice day at the end. So respectful and sweet. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you everyone there.

I had gone in and signed in, other people who had come in after me were being serviced before I was. About 4-5 people were served before someone served me, and it was only because she finished my mom's nails. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe others had appointments, or maybe the others nails would be quicker, but I would rather not make the drive to go back.

I go in for a gel mani/pedi. They always leave your nails looking so nice! They take their time to make sure the job is done right and to your liking!!
Some places the gel polish is bumpy or bubbly looking. Not at Queens Nail salon ?
10/10 recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would…I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was at this nail salon! I went in for a simple soak off and gel manicure, but it turned into a nightmare. The nail tech was so careless and rushed through the soak off, barely even finishing the full removal before telling me to wash off my hands. And then she moved me to the pedicure station to finish my manicure (which I don’t understand why when I was first sitting at a manicure table and was NOT getting a pedicure). It was the most uncomfortable position I have ever been in, having to twist my arm across my body so the nail tech could work on it, and if that wasn't bad enough, there were still pieces of acrylic on my nails, and instead of properly removing them by allowing them to fully soak off, the nail tech attempted to remove the acrylic layer using a cuticle clipper and clipped my nail down the middle! I was in excruciating pain, and she had the audacity to just sit there and try to play it off until I demanded (multiple times) to speak to the manager or owner. It was beyond traumatic!! I couldn't stop shaking from the pain and I left that place in tears, and my poor fingernail is still throbbing. It was embarrassing for other customers to see me crying like that!! I'm never, ever going back there again. They seriously need to learn some professionalism and maybe DONT use pedicure stations for manicures. That girl probably doesn’t even have her nail tech license, how do you just cut someone’s nail down the middle during a SOAK OFF.

I've had two consecutive unpleasant experiences at this establishment. During my last visit, there was a mix-up with the nail colors, causing discomfort and frustration. Additionally, a recent visit with my cousin left us feeling coldly treated and unwelcome.

This was my first time going in. Was recommended by a friend. Won't be going back. I don't mind waiting but they didn't even let me know there would be. Just had me sit at a station and wait for 30min thinking every person walking by was going to do my nails. A heads up about the wait isn't too much to ask for. The lady doing my nails seemed so over it. I felt bad for being there taking up her time. Not how one wants to feel when getting a service done. At first glance, the place looks clean but when you look closer, not so much. Everything was grimy with a coat of dirt and build up. From carts to bottles. There are certain tools that need to be swapped or sanitized between customers. That did not happen here. Definitely not sanitary. I should've just left at this point but I didn't. I got a dip manicure. It came out fine. You get what you pay for here. But I definitely wouldn't risk the chance of getting and infection. Especially if getting a pedicure. I don't even want to think about the short cuts they take with sanitation when working with peoples feet.
