Franks Automotive is my #1 choice for my vehicles. I might save money going to other places but I will also gain more problems and less quality service.
Franks Automotive stands alone in customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. I feel that they truly listen to their customers and are here to help.
The estimate details are a huge plus for me, Franks shares with their customers the visual proof of what is broken and needs repaired.
I will always choose Franks Automotive for my car maintenance& repair, they deserve the best service.

I had my car evaluated and they gave me all these things that needed to be fixes, payed $2700 and when they were going to return the car it was doing the same thing. Motor was on power save mode check engine was still on. When I had first taken my car in I had mentioned to please look into the fuse box and they said they had to go based off the the codes well $2700 dollars in and it was still doing the same thing, the second time around I insisted again, look at the fuse box connections, well guess what, it was the fuse box, payed another $700, I feel like I payed for unnecessary work the first time around. If they would have listen to me the first time around we would have both saved time and money. On the plus side they do have financing options.

To begin, i drive 50 miles from Fresno to have my cars serviced at Frank’s Automotive. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant, from the courtesy driver, to the service advisor, thru to the pick up of your finished job. They are knowledgeable, professional, snd keep you thoroughly informed of what they did, and if any additional service(s) are a suggested, they’re not ‘pushy’, just informing you of the possible need. I believe that this establishment is a direct reflection on the integrity of the owner, Andy. “Try it! You’ll like it!”

Tim was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. They offered me water and a place to sit as I waited. They also provided me a step by step on what was going on with my repair and when via a stream which was pretty awesome. Very cool atmosphere and got the job done very well. Very happy with my service

Caesar was very nice and very helpful, they fixed my truck and it works great I didn't have any issues and if I did they were more than willing to answer my questions look at the vehicle again so I definitely recommend anybody to try them first you won't be unhappy..

They have excellent customer service. Never had an issue with them. Now I had an a/c issue last year and they fix it. This year I had bad luck and had another issue. They addressed both issue and it was a reasonable price. So I will recommend them.

Franks Had my 16 yr old suv for over 3 weeks with an a oil change turned into over $5,000 in repairs that were needed. Regular updates from shop manager was helpful. Although the cost was a hard pill to swallow we were glad to have the problems diagnosed before we had a breakdown. We had no intention of getting rid of it as it has been a great vehicle and towed our camper well. It would be a nice thing if Franks cleaned the vehicles that sit in their dusty lot or give a voucher to one of the local washes when you get a repair done. Otherwise pretty much happy with service.

I came to Frank’s Automotive Repair knowing a majority of what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. the mechanic estimating my car gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be replaced on my car when my car had been inspected in may 2024. after speaking with family who know more about cars and my car, I was told I was being scammed. Luckily, I only paid $200 for the estimate, however, that was outrageous enough. I had just moved to the area and the shop was highly recommended and they tried to take advantage of a young girl from out of state. I will not be bringing my service back there and I will be advising friends and family to do the same.

Had a transmission issue with my Jeep Wrangler took it to Frank's gave me a quote, and got it done. Definitely will use their service again
