Every time my wife and I call the one in Tulare, it’s an automatic staying on hold or we’re not in the system. I don’t know why, they over complicate it, we just need to make a payment. Other Fiesta locations quick and with ease. If I walk In, I try to catch Cesar, who swiftly takes care of work.
