I reached out to Russell Cellular just like they asked me to in their comments below and the local Tulare store has done absolutely nothing!!!! Stay away from this Tulare Verizon location. They are not a corporate Verizon dealer. They are owned by Russell Cellular and are only a authorized Verizon dealer. They do not have the same standards as a corporate Verizon store and do business by their own rules. I found this out the hard way. I fell for all the sweet talk and now 4 months after my purchase my bill is $67 a month and not $45 as stated on my contract. I was supposed to get a $1000 credit for my old phone to reduce my monthly payment. The credit was never applied even after the rude store manager found my receipt indicating the $1000 credit. After many calls and visits I was told that they could not help me because too much time had passed since my original purchase. When I became upset the store manager asked me to leave her store and in her own snarky way said " if you don't like it you can call customer service". When I called Verizon customer service they said they couldn't help me because I made my purchase through Russell Cellular and not an corporate Verizon store. I do not like to leave negative reviews especially since the other employees who work there are very pleasant. I have given Russell Cellularand the store manager more than enough time to resolve this issue so I have no other choice. You can't screw people over in small communities like ours and not expect to lose customers and revenue. If this issue is not resolved soon I will put this store on blast on every platform possible and file a complaint with the BBB.

They will lie about Verizon offering you an $800 credit on s new phone. Tried to pay all the $1000 cost upfront , but they did not allow it ? So I paid $900. And the $100 remainder was split up ofer months period ! Omg I barely realized that they obligated me into contracted service with them by not allowing me to pay the full amount of phone And then somehow my bill went up monthly ? Verizon (which I been 13 year customer ) Verizon sent me a welcome new customer email & notification. Long story short Verizon never credited me $800 and lately my old phone has been on find my iPhone app. They were so persistent to receive my old phone also .Be careful

This place is the best! Marissa and Marina are very detailed and pay attention to the needs of the customer. They are very friendly and professional. Outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to any Verizon customer or future Verizon customers! Keep up the great work, I am now a regular to this location! Thanks for all the awesome help and assistance! These 2 are amazing!!

Celene was so patient helpings us with my mother-in-laws new phone! Smiling the whole time even though it was after closing. Marina also funny helpful. Great store thank you ladies.

Was told they do curbside, showed up said store was closed when trying to check in. Called the store multiple times cause they had the lights on and appeared open. No answer saying they were busy with multiple customers . Go inside and they had no customers, guy was just standing there. I was also told everything would be billed to phone bill, but they wanted another $45 in taxes.

Girl in store was rude and unhelpful. Stated the system was down when she couldn't access my phone. Really did not seam to be interested in helping the only customer in the store.

When I called the store I was told it was a corporate store. I know I usually get extra fees add an authorized Verizon store so I avoid them. I drove 20 minutes to the store and walked in and it looked like it was about to close down. The displays were horrible most of them missing and the people working there were completely diss interested. After waiting 20 minutes to talk to somebody I attempted to purchase an Apple Watch. The person behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't even tell me which watch I was purchasing I had to look up the part number myself to determine if it was the watch I wanted. After that she handed me an iPad and told me to sign. I asked for details regarding the billing and fees. She had no knowledge and could not explain any of it. It appeared that my payment was going up $40 a month and that my next bill was going to be exorbitant even though I wanted to pay the entire balance today. I did not make the purchase. I walked outside and called Verizon directly. 10 minutes later after a professional representative helped me buy my watch I was finished. I paid the entire bill over the phone. My watch came two days later. Do not use this store. I think they will be out of business soon Edit: I provided a review on their site as well. It was promptly removed by the retailer. There are no reviews on their site. What does that tell you

The manager of this location Marina gave me unbelievable service switching from AT&T business her assistant Bryanna and Marina were more then helpful in a difficult situation. I would hire these ladies.
