Love going here! Aidet is awesome! Only purchase from Aidet! Her jewelry knowledge is amazing. I call and set appointments to get in to see her. She has a very loyal clientele! (Some are from Southern Cali and we'll known just sayin)

The women that work in this store are AMAZING! Like literally amazing. Employees of the year over there, but the Daniels franchise itself is terrible. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare and despite cancelling I never got my refund. With that being said, I’ll never forget the treatment we got and my daughter got at the outlet store ?

The absolute rudest and unprofessional staff and customer service. Besides the store smelling like moth balls and cheap men’s spray deodorant the three women there were not only impersonal but unprofessional and tacky. I asked if they had watch batteries and what the price was. The eldest woman asked to see my watch to see if she had the tool to open it. Without warning she had already opened the watch and tried to charge me $25.00 AFTER she had already started without discussing if she even had to right tool and what the price was. By then I had enough and just asked for my watch back. Don’t come here. Maria’s jewelry off Cross is a much friendlier store and normal price of $10.00 for a watch battery.

First rings I bought I was happy with service but this last time I was rushed lied to and didn't receive what the sales add said I would get I will not continue business here the manager is rude the girls that work there are nice but this time I got the older gentleman and he lied to me then rushed us then didn't offer me my choice of free gifts offered not give me gift card like the add said

Very affordable to get in get nice rings for hubby to be and I quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't have my hubby's size ring in store so we had to get it ordered. It was available for pick up almost a week earlier than expected. Would recommend this place.

Walked in with my fiancé and the two ladies didn't say hi. They ignored me until I asked them where the wedding bands are. They stared at each other as if they didn't want to help me. The lady that was sitting in the back finally walked over to help. Went somewhere else instead.
