My wife is pregnant and her doctor sent over a topical cream shes been waiting a week on and the ladys there even the pharmacist keeps telling her she doesnt need it to buy over the counter something else. Keep in mind shes pregnant! And cant use what they are recommending when her dr specifically prescribed her a topical cream thats safe and they keep giving her the run around. Finally got tired of it and requested a transfer of the prescription to another pharmacy 3 days ago got in contact witht eh pharmacy CVS still hasnt sent it with multiple fax requests and my wife calls and the ladys still trying to give her the run around with attitude. This is not the first time we have had terrible service with this specific pharmacy and the damn attitudes of the employees in the pharmacy

Worst pharmacy in Tulare county!! Very unethical and rude. Won’t serve the community as they should be. Anyone that works in healthcare should know you don’t just choose who you serve! Looking at the reviews I agree with majority of them all in the past year!!

What’s not to love about CVS anytime I go here whether it’s for toiletries, cookies, or even my medicine I have never and I repeat never been treated the way I was today. First off, I’d like to give credit to one of the nicer ladies, whom is always nice to me. I walked in there and talk to her and she seem to give effort back by the way coworkers take notes your job may not be the best, but you still need to do your job. This nice lady is a little older and I believe its her hair is to her shoulders (orange brown hair) she was working on register at 11:30-ish. Man, so I always have respect that a lot of these kids don’t have. Anyways, I’m walking along the isles with my cart and I see another worker. I tell her good morning and she ignores me. Maybe she didn’t hear me as what I told myself so I asked her how her days going and in a rude response, she says “ not good I wanna leave!” OK as I’m praying for her walking Isles to get a few things I’m like oh no I need to get my medicine. This woman has curly hair on Darker side, and I would say she is Hispanic. I’m done paying it says system processing please wait. I already inserted my card so I asked for a bag because like I said, I got done paying. The nice worker was not there, so I asked the poor “rude worker “” For a couple bags and you know what she says “ You can get it Whenever you finish paying for all all I know you could be stealing” I am baffled. Not only did I already pay, but it even said, system processing. Please grab your stuff, thank you or something along the lines of that. And there I am waiting nobody’s at the register and I’m old I can’t be standing for loads of time Which is why I asked for a bag before hand. Who do I look like steel? I’m 63 years old. Does it look like I can run out you can’t give me a $.10 bag? Yes, I know your job is not easy nor fun but it is your job. It pays the bills doesn’t it so you should be paying your duties. Honestly, I want this woman to sit in the corner and think about what she did. If she said it to a younger person, I would understand but man I can’t even walk I could barely even drive. And guess who gave me the bag, NOBODY! I’m hurt honestly. But I must not be as hurt as that woman who decided to be a bit(H to me, Get help woman if you don’t like your job just get a new one and if you can’t then work on yourself. Thank you to the Woman who always puts a smile on my face. Hopefully she could put one on her coworkers. And I mean, it’s only been four hours that you guys have been open, so are you just always like this? Despicable, horrendous. I will be sending in my grandson and see if they treat him the same way. Better start looking for a new job or a therapist pick one. Jesus, my blood is boiling. I don’t ever write reviews, but man this woman pissed me off. I want the store manager to know I believe his name is Michael I could be wrong, but he is older about my age. Please hire better workers or give this one a peptalk and maybe a therapist.

The pharmacist is horrible very rude like she is way too busy to be wasting her time with me I tried to ask questions she was very short could not get any answers out of her. I definitely will be moving all my prescription business elsewhere. The store used to be a wonderful place to go to, but with a new pharmacist, she's horrible rude and inconsiderate and condescending

You know I wasn't going to say anything, but I also had a very bad experience at this location. I've been dealing with this rudeness and bad attitudes from this place since I moved here to Tulare. This real male pharmacist could not have been more unpleasant and unprofessional to me. I had a simple question about my order. The price was not what I have been paying and when I tried to ask another question he snapped at me and said "do you see this can you read, we tried to run it thru this Caremark insurance! His name is Trebor, and let me tell you, this guy is horribly inconsiderate to people's issues. How can someone who decides to work in this profession be so unkind to people. Didn't he know when he graduated that he was going to have to deal with actual people. Unprofessional! I am going to use a different cvs. If I could post zero stars, I would because that's what they deserve.

This CVS Pharmacy is absolutely the worst to deal with be it the pharmacy or the store. They are always slow, missing in action when you need help or to check out and the pharmacy staff is Lackadaisical, doesn't keep you informed about your medication especially when they are out of stock. They don't let you know that your insurance is being a pain in the neck or that your doctor needs to be contacted. We transferred to the much busier CVS Pharmacy on West Street and Tulare Avenue where they are attentive, they actually try to get a hold of you if there is an issue with your script. The actual CVS store is cleaner, friendly staff and you can find them and oh...did I mention that they are busier? I'll never understand how KMart Pharmacy was able to keep up with their customer service, filling prescriptions quickly and be personable while only being 2 people in what was basically a broom closet. CVS Pharmacy on Bardsley Avenue and Mooney Boulevard needs to do better and strive for excellence because with the price of everything in your store you should treat your customers with dignity and respect period...

I went to go pick up some prescriptions for my family yesterday. Is it me or does the pharmacist have a real bad attitude? I've heard from my family that she is rude as hell. She acts like she's entitled. So so sad. Keep a lookout people. I don't know who she is, but she needs to change up her personality

Zero Stars is what you deserve. The pharmacist is awful, Rude, and tells me she can’t understand me when it is she people can’t understand! CVS on Bardsley in Tulare you need to look into this person she was rude to the provider, and the MAs. If you don’t do prescriptions through the voicemail then take the option off the message!! And to the pharmacist, you might want to remember that it is us that keep you working, you might want to change your attitude! I am going to ask my people to change pharmacies, that’s how bad she is! I don’t want anyone I know to have to deal with her horrible attitude.

Drive thru service is the worst. They are so slow. When you finally get to the window they they have said they will be right back. Another 2-3 minutes of waiting. I suggest you use another pharmacy. Worst service.
