Don't go to this location,since the other 2 locations are not connected no do they be associated,and on top of that all there phones are over priced and they add random fees and DO NOT UPHOLD THERE RETURN POLICY,despite what the policy says,also they this store already has a bad reputation,so avoid this store at all cost,the one by the dmv is a much better choice.

Poorest customer non-service experience ever! This has been on going past 2 or 3 years. First I was told that their Debit card machine was out of service and I can only pay cash-This happened on several occasions. Next I was told that I had to pay via autopay only. Then they changed their debit machine so that if you press the wrong button you are signed up to autopay. Today there was no such option. The girl at the counter told me that we can not proceed unless I set up autopay with her. This was the last straw for me. I went home and contacted customer service to report this stores actions. Customer service told me that they were sorry for the poor service and they will rectify this. We'll see!

This cricket store don't give receipts they say "you will receive a text message with your receipt but the text receipt is for less that what you pay, it just feel like they charging more that what it actually is. Be aware and don't pay cash.

The cell phone service is no good. I pay my bill and my data is still super slow. I transferred my phone's to metro pcs. Cricket wasn't that good before they sold out to AT&T but now it's a waist of time and money. Hope you have WiFi at home. Unlimited data is even super slow. If you do decide to go thru cricket just remember I told you not to get service here.

This Store is poorly run. I purchased a phone and paid under $250 to replace a damaged phone and walked away after repeating that I needed insurance because the user was hard on phones. I called Cricket Corp. to ask for them to step in and add the insurance. After 4 trips to the store, they were adamite about 7 days past and couldn't get insurance, even after texts asking to bring in phone. Credit card will reverse charges for me, but I will never return to bad service I received from the store and after +11yrs with Cricket and never such poor treatment.
