“The staffs are friendly, it's a nice credit union but over all I don't like that if you haven't made any transaction within a year that they charge a fee. I figured if I kept money as evidenced as having a balance then funds should not be taken out. Their expectations have since changed and it's been a while since I made a transition so I don't know how many years years they have taken out funds but account closed. That process was a breeze. The lady behind the counter was still nice.”
“I've had an account with them for a few years, and it was simple to use. Connecting other banks is easy and has never caused a problem for speedy transfers. When I've needed to wire money, the process is easy to follow, and your beneficiaries are listed under account information, so you won't have to worry about them recording and filing what you asked for. It's amazing how many banks withhold that information. In any case, I'm aware that things could change at any time, but thus far I have no grievances. Highly recommended!”

1398 E Prosperity Ave, Tulare“I appreciate Educational Employees Credit Union for the Shared Branch services through the CO-OP Shared Branch Network. When I moved back to the area, I decided to keep my credit union down in Orange County because I don't need to use a physical location very often. With EECU, I am able to make check and cash deposits directly into my OC credit union account and the funds are available immediately. This branch is centrally located and easy to access. The employees are always friendly and helpful, although they could use more tellers during peak times. Don't let the long lines scare you away because the line moves quickly.”
“The staff were professional and accommodating. The staff who assisted us setting up our account was pleasant. She asks questions and made sure we understands everything. The process was a breeze and we got done in a timely manner.”
