Eduardo was super friendly & efficient helping me with my policy, and he even got me set up with automatic payments! He has excellent customer service & he is very knowledgeable as well. Automatic payments my asss , I had my shit on auto just to get a call two weeks later saying my shit isn't active for not having a payment when this is suppose to be automatic

Customer service female agent was very rude and unprofessional as I tried to get information over the phone . I was not done asking my question and she disconnected the call. Very disappointing .

We were interested in coming in to to get a quote for auto and renters insurance. We drove to the address listed on their yelp page but it doesn't exist. So we called hoping to get better directions. Manny answered the phone and offered to take the information over the phone but we wanted to do this in person. He then transferred us to someone he said 'could get us in touch with a local agent'. Great, except the number he transferred us to had no option for someone looking for a quote and no option to speak to a live person. So I called back, Manny again answered. I told him the number he transferred me to wasn't working for me. He said NOTHING but transferred me back to the SAME NUMBER! WTF???Very rude and unprofessional. Cannot recommend this business AT ALL.
