if i could rate this place zero stars, I WOULD. i took my dog here once and im never taking her back again. they hurt my pup's paw and then they held her for HOURS. i thought it was weird that it was almost closing time and they still hadn't called me. i had dropped her off like 3 hours beforehand. i called them and asked if she was ready and they were very weird and short about it. i got an uneasy feeling and drove there and when i got there i was met w my injured pup who was hysterically crying for me. the worker was very rude and told me it was my fault that they hurt her because i didn't keep up with her paws? the injury was in her puppy pads which grows out with time. she wasn't matted. the worker continued to say that if i can't afford to take good care of my shih tzu then maybe i shouldn't own one?? who in the world says that? i was appalled and livid. this place has horrible service. don't come here. they'll hurt your dog and blame you for it.

Our first visit. Last minute squeeze in. Sherri did a great job in a little amount of time. Customer service on and off the phone was pleasant and professional. I will be returning with my grand fur baby again. .

They take notes on their customers dogs ; such as behaviours , health concerns , even the groomers that they (the dog) are most comfortable with . The staff does their absolute best in prioritizing the animals health and comfort while they are in care of the groomers they're assigned to . They will ask for your number Incase of any emergencies as well as to call you once your dog is ready for pick up .I hope you find this information to be helpful while considering Christy's grooming as your primary grooming salon for your beloved dogs .Have a good one ?

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This incident happened a few years back and I never left a review on it but I am today. I took my German Shepherd to get groomed one day, we had been there a few times before and were pleased with the job they did. Well this particular time , we had said same thing as always and a small trim. Well when we went to pick our boy up I had to do a double take because I couldn't belive it was my dog. They had completely balded him. I was extremely shocked and confused . I was very polite and asked why my German shepherd was bald. The woman who did the cut said she was confused and thought I had asked for a cut. I said I wanted him a little trim and groom not a balding ! Then a man came out who I assume was the owner and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of wanting a free cut for my dog, basically that i was just trying to get out of paying. I couldn't believe his attitude . The groomer who made the mistake was nice and apologized but this man was horrible. Mind you it was the start of winter. I told him why would I want my German Shepherd to be bald in winter time, and since when do people bald German shepherds in the first place ? Well he told me plenty of people bald their German Shepherds. Which is ridiculous because I've never seen a bald German Shepherd . Anyways they finally gave me a refund after arguing and even made a comment that was something like "I hope I don't see a bad yelp review about this " in a snarky tone. My boys fur also never grew back the same . Horrible experience and needless to say we never went back and i would never recommend anyone to go . This man has no sense of professionalism what so ever or even kindness and understanding. If he would of just apologized it would of made things a bit better, I would of understood miscommunication and accidents happen but his attitude was so bad and he did not want to own their shops mistake. And to accuse me of just not wanting to pay or just trying to get a free cut for my dog was so insulting. Why would I want my dogs fur gone at the start of winter ? I included pics of what he looked like before and after they balded him.

He was matted so I told the groomer to cut it short so he'll be comfortable. He was there from 1045 am to 5pm. Too long for grooming... I think they overbooked so we are not going back there. The worst thing is my dog got clipper burn or cut.
