I really like this bank.. The ONLY thing that is horrible is their phone service...NO ONE ANSWERS!!! I am dealing with fraud an it has to do with my account. Spoke to many through the 800# an I am supposed to set up an appointment to meet with someone an they don't answer there phones!!!

Amazing customer service, doing new adult things like opening up your own bank account is very nerve wracking. But the team there is very helpful, I got Jay Rohn, and the process was so smooth! 10/10 service
