“Usually I have no trouble renting a car at this location but on this visit I did. The staff is friendly but they were unable to help me. I had went through the entire process of filling out papers and for some reason the system would not take my debit card. I've used the same card there numerous of times before. I called the bank and there were no problems on that end. I was very upset and I did not get a rental. I don't understand why they could not accommodate me when I've used the same card before; I am a member of their points program. I had rode two buses to get there. This location is usually busy and so prepare to wait at certain times of the day. I would rate it a 2 but I had good experiences before so that's why I gave them a 4.”
