Overall good experience. Despite the inconvenience of having to repair your vehicle after an accident, caliber collision made it more bearable. David was a great help and the quality of work done to my vehicle exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was repaired way before the expected finished date. I would recommend this location to anyone.

After my accident, I wasn’t certain where I wanted to take my vehicle for repairs. My daughter told me how great Caliber was, so I chose them. Am I ever thankful I did! This company is stellar. Not only their work, but their customer service is exceptional! I even stopped at a Caliber in another town to thank them and tell them how wonderful their company is. They were appreciative. GO Caliber!

Overpromised and under delivered, the worst experience ever. Sent two tow trucks to pick up one car, should’ve been my first sign of how incompetent they are. Waiting weeks to hear back, they do not update you like they say on the first day, you have to call them. Kept saying it would be ready it wasn’t, gave me one price to pay and on the same day changed it said my insurance would explain. Mediocre work, horrible organization, booked too many people in such a small hot office. Rushed me out, didn’t go over repairs just here’s paperwork leave. My car was on empty and my elderly dad had to drive to the closest station because my light was on. When I called the office, David says that’s how you brought it in. They sent two tow trucks, I don’t run my car on fumes, and no notice to me when they saw him get in as he was helping me get it home. I live 30 minutes away and had to ask for a ride every time they said it would be ready and wasn’t. No consideration for their customers. Shoddy work, paint isn’t right on fender. I’m calling my insurance for this, absolutely horrible experience.

They’re not detail orientated they’re quality control person. Don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t have one at all therefore, if you don’t inspect your vehicle, it’s not 100% repaired

I am very satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. From the start David M was very helpful and kept me informed during my cars repair process. My car was ready before the estimated time frame which was very nice & quality of their work is wonderful. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends.

I went to this place to get a quote for the repair of a small door ding on the side of my car. The employee who helped me out referred me to a paintless dent repair. Sadly Caliber Collision doesn't do paintless dent repair themselves because I would definitely give them my business. Cool and humble establishment!

My friend had her car at Caliber collision in Tulare, and it took 6 months to get her car back. They would tell her that her car would be ready, and then they'd message her that it wo u ld be another week or 2 weeks. Horrible service, horrible customer service. It shouldn't take 6 months to get your vehicle back after a minor collision.

Best and easiest experience. Steven and Jeff were extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted by everyone, such a friendly shop! My vehicle looks as good as new, she is gorgeous!! Thank you so much Steven and Caliber Collision!!

I wish I wouldn’t have wasted so much time with other places. I came here and spoke to Geneva, She was very helpful , professional and seemed to know a lot an have all the answers to the questions I had I definitely feel comfortable bringing my car in knowing it will be taken care of thanks again Geneva I will be in soon.
