Received a letter from Bank of America from New Castle Del , called # provided and was transferred to associate from Texas her and her supervisor so non personal in the manner they talk to you thank God I No longer have an account with them if my present banking institution had the same manner of talking to me very robotic I would change to a different one .

Well I always use ATM, but after today I ran into a bit of problem,my debit card was not giving out ($FUNDS$) so after I called number on back of debit, they cleared it, then again didn't get "Funds"?Long story short, Ashley doesn't mean to be "*******"!But you should smile alot more and help out behind counter, causeRidiculous line this morning and only ( 2 ) tellers, well 3 tellers,cause I was next line, 3rd tellers decided take her lunch break and even Pissed me off more.from front counter to parking lot packed line, I regret signing up with BOFA,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION OVER EMPLOYEES,Bank need better Supervision and that smiles more and helps employees more.

This new business hours suck ! Who opens from 9-4? Ppl usually work from 8-5 but this people ain't trying to work with no one's schedule .. they used to open half day Saturday .. now it's also closed ! You can't even get anything done and when you call they keep sending you useless links

If I can do 0 stars I would I waited almost 40 mins in line for them to just tell me I can’t cash my check even tho I have a bank here but my checks are “chase” and that I would be 3 “weeks” to be able to touch my money and I’ve been with Bank of America for almost a year now

Pésimo servicio, la encargada del banco no tiene ni idea de las reglas del banco y con una actitud nada amigables, jamas vuelvo a pasar por esta sucursal y ojala que el banco haga cambios con el personal de este banco por que a lo que veo no soy el único que tiene mal experiencia en esta sucursal

The girls here are nice and helpful. I am usually in and out pretty fast. I have had no complaints about this branch. I like how it's all online, mobile deposites are convenient. Transfers are convenient. This bank is super convenient.
