Terrible service. I had a hold on my mail and after I visited the office to get my mails, they didn’t have it. I came back 3 times until an employee found my mail after a 10 minutes searching.

I want to thank the mail carrier, Carlos, for his outstanding service. I mistakenly thought I hadn't received a package, but Carlos went out of his way to help resolve the issue. His professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated. Thank you.

For a service that is underpaid and undervalued they always get their job done. The staff at the post office in tujunga is excellent. Usually there is only one person at the desk again due to being underfunded. So usually you have to wait in line for a little bit. But service is thorough and the package gets delivered. God bless the USPS

Usually I have no problems but the other day I dropped 2 packages 1 got scanned the other didn't and never showed up usually it will get scanned at it's next stop nope nothing never showed up I'd hate to say it was stolen but I've never had this happen after 100s of packages

The post office Clerk send me in the side to put address in envelope, when I finished she saw me standing waiting for her to finish customer despite I was next she called next person, when I was last one went to her window my zip code was missing a number instead of assisting me she just with a dry tone told me zip code was wrong, I of ofcourse googled to get right zip code in closing this new pp in Tujunga need to take a customer service training she has no manners no customer service terrible I am sure she got her terrible manners from iher home POBRECITA

Dropping off packages need them scanned prepaid. New postmaster asked if i need help. I said prepaid scanned where he walked away twice instead of doing the job. He then said leave them and they will handle it later. I said no because of previous theft from the counter. So he refused to do the work and took one of my boxes and waked around for 5 minutes in the back. For this handling of the job he told me I have an attitude. What an A-hole
