“One of my absolute favorites! I’m a second hand, thrifting, vintage lover. This shop is conveniently located by the 405 and 101 and always has parking. Really great stuff, especially house goods and cool vintage clothes. I decorated my wedding with thrifted dishes, glassware, cake holder, etc. I got some great pieces here and a cute brown leather belt. I have also donated my gently used items here. I’m an animal lover so I really love that it’s for animals! ???”

“Zach is one of the best people in LA and this store is one of the best thrifts I’ve ever been to. If you like rare finds and great prices you won’t find anything better. I go in every week and find new things.”

“We apologize for the hours being wrong on several sites. The owner was just made aware that our store hours are listed incorrectly and different from one sight to another. Please call the store for hours as we are updating the pages as we discover the incorrect listings. On another note, we often stay open late to accommodate our customers. So give us a call at 818-365.3902.”

“What a great organization. I went to a meeting which was outstanding. The food, the music and company was delightful. The thrift shop has nice items at inexpensive prices. I plan on volunteering to the group in some way as it is extremely positive. I will become a member. I really like this organization and look forward to knowing more about it.”

“Found some great unique pieces here! Clean and great layout. I do wish that the fitting rooms weren’t just dependent on curtains since I had to move them around quite a bit to make sure there weren’t any gaps, but it wasn’t too big of a deal since everything else was great! Definitely would recommend giving this place a shot. :)”

“Hit and miss. We donate a lot of stuff here too. What they cant use they donate further. Found some unique miniature house items. i saw the comments about the staff but please remember these ladies are volunteers, and they are working not gossiping over you or on their phones like some paid workers at supermarkets.”

“I got a hat for hiking with a chin strap that would be good for the zoo too. I also saw some ladies hats that would be good for poolside this summer. All hats are $5.00. So much cheaper than if you bought on vacation. They get different stuff in the store all the time.”

“Updated! Great experience, easy drop off. I still prefer Salvation Army in Canoga park which has a drive thru donation line and lots of staff to help with unloaded, but if this location is better for you it is definitely good too. Thank you!”

“This place is awesome. It’s a thrift store but also rents U-hauls!One of the kindest owners I have ever dealt with and he really helped with a rental truck us after the Budget down the street gave away our reservation. I highly recommend checking them out!”

“Very affordable thrift store for a fabulous cause! Got a few designer tops for $4 each & some libbey wine glasses for $5They take donations through the back of the business and they have two parking spots to unload your donations.Parking is available via street parking. No permits required. They have a lot of merchandise for such a small location.Staff is extremely sweet and you can tell they are all there for give back to the community.Keep up the great work everyone!”

“Stopped here while on vacation and found some good books to bring home. Space is packed so it makes it pretty small in here (and busy!) Prices were so-so and selection goes fast. Staff was very friendly - they've got good stuff!”

“I found this place while donating old clothing at the Discovery Burbank Location. I went in to browse and found some cute little thinks for my dog - brand new down bowls and a large crate for my rescue pets. Very organized, clean, affordable prices and a great way to recycle/reused things for a good cause.”

“This place used to have decent stuff at a slightly high price. I used to buy $50 a week ,easy. NoW its full of overpriced Old Lady clothes and Art at $50 up(no worries its free outside back door every 2 weeks cause no one buys) if you happen to find an actual vintage item its Twice the price as OnLine. Honestly, MOVING IN WRONG DIRECTION, Unless goal is to sell items to their volunteers... :/”

“3 stars because it's just super dirty in general , I feel like you need gloves and a mask but I give it 4 stars because you will find the best most unique things here”

“Negatives: Unfortunately, it is not located in the best of areas. I had an uncomfortable encounter with someone shopping there who gave me attitude for no reason. Positives: They are extremely organized and fortunately the clothes is categorized by size, which makes it so much easier to look through. I noticed most of the clothes is Shein and Forever 21 but perhaps I just came on the wrong day. Also, the staff is very friendly. This Goodwill is relatively new which is probably why the store front is clean.Overall, this is a pretty good Goodwill to go shopping in and I recommend it.”

“As I am handicapped, I can only get to Donation center when I have a passenger in my car to take my donation bags inside from the trunk of my car..It was accomplished quickly and easily and my friend stated inside process was simple and folks were helpful. In and out within 10 minutes or so. Thank you!!”

“Best. Go to the back of the lot for donation center. Not in same lot as honda center but right before you get into the goodwill turn into that lot it's in the back.”

“Have never been to this out of the closet before. Will continue to support this store because of the amazing customer service I received from the cashier Alyssa. No one has ever explained the points system to me before and I've been shopping here for years. She made me feel important and also suggested I picked up some other items that would suit my style.”

“Been coming here since I was a kid. There is parking in the back. Inside the store is kept very organized. Clothes are organized by size and color, prices are more than fair, and sales for specific colored tags happen every week”

“I like shopping here but I can't stand customers leaving the messes that they do. Stop treating these workers like your mama! They work so hard as it is. You're a grown adult! Clean up after yourselves please!”

“I just want to give a shoutout to Vanessa, she has a very enthusiastic personality and a great attitude . She is a good example what a good customer service there is. Ive seen her there all the time and just always greet people with a smile. Keep up the good work and Smile Vanessa :-)”

“The times I have called, the person answering the phone has always been pleasant and helpful. I have only donated so I'm not sure how it is inside the shop. When I showed up to donate items the gentleman inside was quick and friendly. He managed to help a few donators in just a matter of minutes. They email donation receipts, which I also find a plus. There is free street parking, but sometimes it gets pretty full. So you will find a spot to park, but sometimes it may be a short walk away. I saw another reviewer posted about being upset that the employees allegedly get their pick of the donations. Considering that they hire people who sometimes need a second chance, I would not be bothered if this was the case.”
