I've always had great customer service at this location, but today was especially great because of T-Mobile Chris. After looking at my cracked, non-swipable phone and relaying the terms of what insurance does and does not cover, he did a re-set on my phone just to rule out that all was not lost. It was a simple gesture for him, but the re-set offered an enormous sense of relief for me because it meant my LG was still functional and I would not have to buy a new phone on the spot. He also referred me to a phone repair shop nearby and planted the seed for purchasing an LG V40 down the line -- with no pressure. He was courteous, witty, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I left in a joyful mood. Chris made my month!

This is by far the worst T-Mobile I visited. Upon coming into the store, all the associates were busy. ( Understandable ) However, there wasn't any sign in sheet or an assigned associate to ensure that customers are being attended to in order. I walked around looking at the cellphones and then took a seat waiting for the next available associate.After thirty minutes of waiting, I had enough. Associates helped customers that came after me first. Very disorganized! Do yourself a favor and visit another T Mobile location.

Avoid this place... they are slow to assist, and incompetent when they finally do. Within the last 40 days, my iPhone 6, which has functioned fine the last 3 years, now has "No Service" over 80% of the time. I would take it to this store and some clerk would pull-out and reinsert or replace the SIMM card and it would work for a day, then return to the no service mode. Finally, on my fourth trip to this store that clerk put in yet another new SIMM card, and this time he could not get the phone to connect to the T-Mobile network .... that is when He said, the iPhone had either a hardware or software issue. A wasted trip to Apple confirmed the phone worked fine. Frustrated, and tired of being without cell service, I gave this T-Mobile store one last try to make it right, but they did nothing to resolve the problem. On my way home, I stopped at a Metro PCS store, and in a conversation with the young clerk, she asked if anyone from T-Mobile had ever reset the service. She made a quick call to T-Mobile and asked them to reset my service and three minutes later, the problem was resolved and stayed resolved. A month's frustration, five separate trips to this T-Mobile store, and all it took to remedy this was to make a simple 2 minute call to the mothership! Had I not left that store when I did, they almost sold me a new iphone 8, which most certainly would have the exact same issue..... This T-Mobile location will give you inaccurate information and then try to up-sell you their goods and services! For the most part, they are deceitful and incompetent (I'd like to think they were just incompetent, but that's simply not the case...... I definitely will not be going back there again! T-Mobile came very close to loosening me as a customer because of this stores business practices. Do yourself a favor, read some of the other reviews and find a different T-Mobile location... I wish I had before I purchase anything from here!

I had an amazing experience at this T-mobile location and it is important that I communicate how capable the individuals at this store are. I worked with a woman named Caitlyn and she handled all of my issues in one sitting in a way that made sense to me and did not waste my time. I was coming in to get a new phone, transfer my old phone to my mom, and trade in my mom's old phone. She handled everything seamlessly and made it so easy for us. My mom is not good with phones and so she prepared my mom on how to handle the phone after she leaves the store. It was very kind and she was a very patient and knowledgeablbe person who deserves to be recognized for making my life easier. I've eben with AT&T and Verizon in the past and this has been my best experience with a carrier by far.

Super disappointed in the service and lack of attention here. Someone or something spoofed my number and I received over 200 calls. After having to call tech support twice and then again from the store. The girl that was helping us switched out the sim card and then disappeared. No one else seemed to care if my issue was getting resolved. Didn't even look up, check in. A fellow customer was nicer than anyone on the staff there. Your company is campaigning right now that T-Mobile customers are the happiest. RESPECTFULLY DISAGREE! Wow. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of one because there was no fuss about putting in a new sim card.

What a bunch of rude idiots. This location is full of liars please do not go here under any circumstance. My husband decided to shop around for a new cell phone provider to get out of prepaid so first stop was tmobile. We asked the d*** girl FOUR times if we would get unlimited hotspot and she told us 4 times that for $10 more a month we would get unlimited 4G hotspot. One week later my husband got a message he used all his 4G hotspot and would now get slow speeds. After calling customer service they explained to me that unlimited cost $25!! Obviously now its too late to leave the company since i financed my phone. I have never had a problem with tmobile before but the uneducated d*** girl really left a bad taste in my mouth and i wish i didnt come to tmobile in the first place. Please educate your staff not to give misinformation to new clients just to get business. Worst service i have ever received. Wish i could give this location zero stars

My phone is acting a little crazy, my daughter and I share the same band and she is in New Hampshire both ways it goes straight to voice mail. Okay so today go to my local T-Mobile store in La Crescenta a young lady named Wendy helped me. Wendy was terrific she tried to trouble shoot it even changed out the sim card at no cost. Without having any luck she called tech support and worked on the phone with them for a long time. Wendy exceeded my customer service expectations more than 5 star. Polite, patient and very helpful. Great job Wendy hopefully you will stay for awhile you made my visit very positive.

ATTENTION T MOBILE CUSTOMERS !! I walked into this location on January 31st, around 10 to 11 AM. There was one employee and a "manager" I went in with $150 cash to put towards my bill... well let's say the bill never posted and I never received my electronic receipt text message that the employee told me I would get!! Now I am going back and fourth with the store and Tmobile and nothing is getting resolved both this location and Tmobile are practically calling me liar and saying I never went in the store and paid anything, so either the employee didn't make my payment when I provided my number and he pocketed my money or I don't know what he did with it. Let me describe you this thief.. he is a male bald, light skinned skinny little fella, so be careful at this location with cash and always request an actual printed copy to ensure the employee is doing their job right or else you will end up in the same position as me. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens and mind you, this is a location I have been to many times and have even had conversation with manager Claire, but this place will scam you !
